It has taken me a whole year to write this review because it took me a long time to deal with the grief of loosing my dog Pepper. Dr. Valentine was the most amazing and caring vet that took care of my 14+ year Keeshond for the last 7 or so years of her life. There were times where the vet and I didn't see eye to eye on some specific things but I ALWAYS felt she was looking out for pepper's best interest and would take the time to explain to me her professional opinion based on scientific evidence and research.

On the last day of pepper's life Dr. Valentine came into the clinic on her day off to take care of her. She was with us until the very end and never treated us like just another client. When I get another dog I will definitely trust Dr. Valentine to take care of him/her. She is THE best human being and vet and always keeps your pet's best interest at heart.

Thank you so much Dr. Valentine, words cannot express how grateful we were that Pepper passed peacefully at your clinic because you took the time to come in and treat her on your day off. Your kindness puts you above and beyond any other vet we have ever seen. If you are considering taking your pet to a vet, I would 1000% recommend her clinic, you will be treated like family.

Our little girl became extremely sick out of the blue. I called Dr Valentine and she took her in immediately. We started treatment for an unknown origin. It wasn't working and our dog was getting worse. I called her office after hours on a Friday night and Dr Valentine picked up and helped us. She stayed in email contact with us all night. On Saturday our gal was worse. Dr Valentine came into the office and spent hours with her even calling in an emergency radiologist.

Again we stayed in constant contact and she saw our gal again on Sunday and then everyday for a week after that. Dr Valentine and staff were amazing. She was able to figure out what was wrong after she tdedocated hours of research. We are happy to say she saved our gals life! We can't thank her and her staff enough!

Dr. Valentine is efficient, paciente and lovely Doctr. She takes care of my cat and dog, they feel comfortable and confident during the attendance. I feel grateful for had meeting Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic.

I recently adopted an Australian Shepherd puppy back in November of 2020. I have never raised a puppy before, or have ever owned a high energy pure breed before. I do not have kids so I knew I wanted to treat my Scully as my first born child! I have heard of only wonderful things of Cedar Bay Vet Clinic & Dr. Valentine. Therefore, I knew she's the only one I'd trust to know I am getting the most up to date information and guidance on how to raise my new puppy. Dr. V and her staff are not only educated professionals but they strive to continue their learning through evidence-based practice and quality research. Scully has received all of her care through Dr. Valentine and I have only great things to say.

Her staff is dedicated, passionate, and friendly. I have pet insurance and they submit the claim ASAP for me without delay. They are transparent with describing all procedures. I know how much I will be paying generally before they provide care so I can get an idea of the cost (which has only been reasonable). They've taken appropriate measures with Covid-19 to ensure the health & safety of their staff and customers.

I've never had an issue with their staff or Dr. Valentine or the care they provide there. Dr. V is highly intelligent and skilled in her practice and I can tell she takes the health and safety of her clients very seriously. She delivers patient (pet and family)- centered care that is individualized to the unique needs of the breed of animal. Everyone is friendly and easy to talk to. I wouldn't ever think to go anywhere else for receiving high quality and superior veterinarian care. Choose Cedar Bay Vet Clinic, you won't regret it.

Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Holly were recommended to me for my dog Leila. I was worried about my pup and made an appointment. The friendly staff greeted me and helped to ease my concerns. During the in-depth examination, Dr. Holly explained the care, treatment, and options for Leila in a way that was easy for me to understand. I knew my dog was in excellent hands.

Dr. Valentine is so knowledgable and caring. She saved our Boston Terrier's life! Paisley was suffering from heart valve disease with congestive heart failure when we brought her into Cedar Bay. With Dr. Valentine's help, she regained so much function and is still alive and kicking over a year and half after her diagnosis. We are no longer in Winter Garden, but continue her med protocol here in Mexico, and she is doing well! Everyone at Cedar Bay is helpful and friendly. A better veterinary clinic would be hard to find, no matter where you are.

Dr. Valentine is truly helping me save my cat's life. My cat has been sick over the past year with what was diagnosed as an autoimmune illness, and that coupled with some medication led her to become very ill. That's when I found Dr. Valentine because I wanted to get another opinion as to her treatment. Dr. Valentine was extremely thorough during our first visit and spent a great deal of time reviewing my cat's history and examining her.

She wrote out detailed instructions as to how we were going to proceed with her care and explained everything to me, patiently answering my questions. We have been back multiple times since then for follow up appointments and my baby has already improved a great deal. Dr. Valentine always follows up with a phone call to tell me results of labs that we have done and explains what the results mean.

Her staff are also very caring and greet me and Phoebe with a smile. Phoebe is a very nervous kitty and they are patient with her, petting her and helping to calm her. The cost is reasonable as well from what I have found comparing to other vets in the area, and it is definitely worth it for the level of care that you receive. I would definitely recommend Cedar Bay Vet for your pet's care, especially if you appreciate a vet who is thorough and will really try her hardest to figure out the best treatment for your specific pet.

Dr. Valentine and her team are hands down the best in town! They truly care and I don’t trust anyone else with my animals.

My new puppy had tapeworms and I tried to take her to another vet. When I got there they said since my pup hadn't been seen yet for a wellness check they couldn't take her sample and give her treatment. I know it's common for pups to get tapeworms but still you want your pup healed. I originally had an appointment with said vet on Monday, July 15th.

One person behind the counter said my pup should be ok until then. Ummmm....no! I said ok, I'm going to go elsewhere and said person said ok. Before I left the parking lot I called Cedar Bay and explained my story and the person on the phone was so kind (I feel terrible I don't remember the name). I was able to get an appointment the next day with my pup and the sample.

From the moment we walked in the staff was so kind! Dr. Valentine explained everything to me my pup needed and prescribed meds for her to begin her tapeworm healing process. I am forever grateful to the staff at Cedar Bay for helping my pup and easing my mind.

After using the same veterinary clinic for almost 8 years for our Leonberger, we took him to Dr. Valentine at Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic. Our Leonberger had been licking one of his paws for over a year and had developed a licking granuloma. We had taken him to our regular veterinary clinic several times for this problem and they had given us antibiotic wipes and a cone to put around his neck to keep him from licking.

After 2 weeks of the cone, the granuloma would be healed up, but he would start licking it immediately after removing the cone; and we would start the process all over again. Our previous vet told me at our last visit, that there was nothing that we could do about this. He said it was just from anxiety. Our groomer, Ashley, from Woof Gang Bakery in Winter Garden recommended that we take our Leonberger to see Dr. Valentine at Cedar Bay, as she noticed a staph infection developing. Dr. Valentine and her staff were incredible!

They spent an hour with our Leonberger. She ran some tests and discovered bacteria in the staph infection and in the lick granuloma. She prescribed antibiotics, changed his food and began laser treatments on the lick granuloma. After 1 week, we have a different dog! He has more energy, is no longer licking his paw, and it is almost completely healed up.

I am so grateful to our groomer for her recommendation of Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic and to Dr. Valentine and her staff. Henry, the Leonberger, walked right into the Cedar Bay Veterinary Clinic today and right into the exam room without any hesitation. The picture is Henry getting a laser treatment. I'm sure Henry would give Dr. Valentine and her staff a 5 star rating if he could.

I am highly pleased with the level of care, professionalism, and individual attention that Dr. Valentine and the team at Cedar Bay have shown my new puppy. Their prices are very reasonable, and you get a veterinarian who spends time with you and your pet, rather than walking in and right back out. Their appointments are well scheduled, and there is almost never a wait.

Even though my dog is a puppy, he is a very strong 50lbs, and the staff shows so much patience during his appointments. They focus on making it a good experience for him, which is especially important for a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr. Valentine and Cedar Bay Vet Clinic enough.

My daughter Megan Edwards called and you all took our Bear in right away. Thank you so much for taking care of our Bear and comforting Megan yesterday. Truly thankful for you all.

So happy to have Dr. Valentine as our vet. She is so caring and calming for my babies. She gave our rescue a thorough going over and diagnosed her with a thyroid condition, cleared her yeast infection and gave her the care she needed. Our 10 year old Westie is also under her care and doing well. Thank you Dr. Valentine for your compassion.

Dr. Holly and Team are THEE people you want caring for your fur babies. The kindness and sincerity is unmatched and I've been going to vets regularly for 30 years--I know of what I speak. I left my last vet after spending about $4K over a year and when I called I had to remind them who I was!! Never, ever would this happen at Cedar Bay. Dr. Holly, Camie at the desk and Ashley the Tech will recognize your voice the minute they pick up the phone. And Dr. Holly has met us numerous times on a Saturday or Sunday just to keep my oldest comfortable.

We recently took our 7.5 year old Chihuahua, Peyton, in for an exam. She recommended a dental (under anesthesia) with extractions due to abscesses, etc. I was very nervous, as he had never had anesthesia and I had put this off for a few years. The procedure went great, and he is honestly acting like he is 2 years old again. It has made such a difference!

My husband and I were both so impressed with how caring Dr Valetine was, as well as Ashley the vet tech and Cami at the front desk. We highly recommend and will use for all of our future pet needs! Thank you again!
