Hands down the best vet. Doctor is extremely kind and cares about every patient and takes his time with each and every one. Definitely not like every vet out to get your money. This vet takes it step by step and proceeds as need. Extremely thankful for their service.

Dr. Martin never could figure out what was wrong with our dog. Thousands of dollars on labs and specialized dog food didn't save our dog. We just received a whole lot of talk and no action, not even a sorry when the dog died at the office.

This guy almost killed my dog for a dental cleaning! And he didn't give us our money back! Find someone else if you love your dog!

I am a long-standing customer of Colonial animal hospital and I am a huge fan. My veterinarian is as important as my primary care doctor and I feel blessed to have found Dr Rob Martin and his entire staff. I have received great care for my many pets and even when I had very sick animals the Dr and staff were empathetic and treated me and my pet like family. I have referred many of my friends and neighbors to Colonial Animal & they too are all very happy to have piece of mind with the care of their fur babies!

DO NOT SEE DR. ADAMS! I brought my kitten in for a simple bite that could been easily fixed. Instead, Dr. Adams forced and tossed him around in order to take a closer look at him. It ended up making the wound worse and he ended up needed to be sedated to fix the problem that Dr. Adams made worse. At one point when I tried to grab my kitten he yelled at me and told me not to come near him as if that was the problem.

The only problem was the way he handled my kitten. I've worked at a vet clinic before and Dr. Adams was unnecessarily rough and mean towards me and my cat. The techs were wonderful and compassionate, if the dr was half as compassionate as the techs that would of never of happened. Because of Dr. Adams mistreatment I was charged a ridiculous amount for something that could of been easily fixed at a different vet. Dr. Ferry and Dr. Pierce are wonderful veterinarians, don't risk your animals wellbeing with Dr. adams.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness I have never had a worse experience somewhere in my life. You walk in and the place is disqusting, the employees are rude, and they killed my dog. Go anywhere but here unless you want to say goodbye to your pets

I can't even believe how incredible this team and dr Martin are, our first time visiting them coming from a not nice experience prior to them they 100% dove into the situation and took care of it all within 24 hours and responded with such love and care behind what they do and we truly felt welcomed and that they wanted to help and treat our babies, thank you so much to this amazing team again. Never taking our babies anywhere else.

Well, 3 dogs died in 2 years, after medications given to them at this hospital. All we feel were over medicated. Yesterday, Cerenia was injected in our dog for throwing up. Doc said heart was good, lungs were good, overall seemed in good health, except for unsteadiness on feet. He wasn't sure why. Gave her Cerenia for her throwing up. Went home and she was SO Lethargic. Woke up and she had died in her bed. WHY?!?!? Stay away from this hospital. Drive a little more of a distance if you have to. You basically have a 50/50 chance there.

I have been going to this vet for about 9 months. Every vet takes their time with my dogs and really listens. A big shout out to the owner Dr. Martin. Really took his time with me and listened to what I had to say. From the staff to all the vets they are all personable and really care about my dogs. Unfortunately I have two dogs that have problems and they really care. Definitely worth checking them out.

Have used Colonial for all my fur babies for over 20 years. The staff and doctors always take care of me and the babies. Dr. Martin is so special! Thank you to all your team!

Dr Martin is the best vet I have ever taken any of my pets to. He is truly a very concerned doctor. He cares deeply for his 4 legged patients and their parents.

There staff is amazing. The girls in front and the nurses are beautiful people. The animals are treated excellent. The Drs are awesome. There is no other place I would go too. God Bless Colonial hospital

My dog is very sick with cancer and I love that Dr Martin calls to check up on my sweet girl. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere but here. Thank you all for your constant kindness and love for Daisy and Yogi. The photo is from Daisy’s bucket list. She got to have her photo shoot.

Love all the staff and the veterinarians at this place as they have been there for us with our other puppies - especially Rusty. Now with my new puppy, Dexter, and my sister's new puppy Surely, the staff and veterinarians are very special people in our life. Dexter is the first pet that I've had that actually loves to go to go to the veterinarian.
