Brackett Street Veterinary Clinic

Brackett St has been taking care of our cats for 15 years now and our experience has been uniformly great. Doctors are knowledgable and take time to explain things, techs are super-great with the animals and reception is really helpful, so it's really smooth start to finish. They've also come to our house when we've had to put little guys to rest, which is just immensely valuable in a really tough time. No hesitation in recommending Brackett at all.

Good vet all around in the last year we have been using them. The receptionist Brook is fantastic and always a relief when she answers the phone

I absolutely love bracket street vet. No matter who you're dealing with, they're very helpful and caring. We've brought our animals here for years and would recommend them to anyone.

I do not think that customers arriving to pick up a prescription should be made to wait outside in the rain, listening to hold music. Why can you not have the basic courtesy to invite customers into your lobby for routine business? Covid has been here for nearly 2 years and is not going away any time soon. Other businesses, from human health clinics to hardware stores, have found a way to mitigate and move on while still treating their patients and customers with respect. Require a mask? Definitely. But what you are doing is disrespectful and makes no epidemiological sense.

I absolutely love Brackett Street. Their whole staff is full of knowledgeable, compassionate and kind individuals. We've been going there for 9 years now and will never bring our dogs anywhere else!

I absolutely LOVE these vets and the entire staff! They are kind, patient and thorough. I had worrying concerns and they took the time to address each one, going beyond to eliminate one completely! They are the BEST!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Dr. King. All throughout the puppy visits and up to the neuter. She always was extremely thorough and informative. I feel like she cares about my pup as much I do. Great staff/ vet techs. They are always available to answer questions and get the info we need! Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job at helping my smokey! Because of them she can now go outside (if we choose) without fear of her comming back home sick or pregnant. *and she even has a funny hat for the next few weeks *

Just as you were the first veterinary practice to serve our cat Emily when we adopted her in 2001, you helped us today when we sent her on her way after a long, happy, and healthy life--so much of that being thanks to you. We especially thank Dr. Nellie Savage, who, having previously saved Emily's life, now deserved the honor of helping her to leave it on her own terms. We are eternally grateful to Dr. Savage and all of the staff who have provided such wonderful care. We could not have asked for better.

super friendly clinic with caring staff that I've been using for the past year. my cat had some pressing issues recently and they squeezed him in to take care of him and called the next day to check in and give some insite. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet!

I chose Bracket St Vet after reading the good reviews online about them. We recently adopted a puppy from the shelter and after only a few months of having her we began to notice lameness in her hind legs. The front counter staff was very friendly and attentive, despite being a fairly busy office! The vet techs and Vets were very knowledgeable and made sure to ask many questions to cover all the basics! They took great care of my girl while she had sedated x-rays! This is a team that truly cares about your pet and treats them as if they were their own!

Dr. Savage spent a lot more time with me than I expected going over various options and possible outcomes. I really appreciate her straight-forward, practical approach, while clearly sincerely caring for my dog pal. And the entire Brackett Street staff is friendly, caring, and goes out of their way to make your visit pleasant.

I have been taking my two English Bulldog girls to Brackett Street for nearly eight years. I have always received amazing and compassionate care from the vet techs and our regular vet Nelly Savage. I have generally been able to get my pups in for routine visits within a week and I have never been turned away in times of emergency (which, admittedly, was quite frequent when they were puppies because I am a little bit crazy).

Additionally, I work in rescue and I have taken several rescue dogs in for routine care, they've always been well-treated and received a rescue discount!

Most recently, my youngest pup had a cancerous tumor removed from her hind quarter. We were referred to a local oncologist who stated he had never seen a better surgical removal...ever. She's cancer free, and I am forever grateful to Brackett Street. I have always received excellent care at a reasonable cost.

I brought my dog in for a chest X-ray after a chronic cough didn't go away with antibiotics. Unfortunately she has a mass in her lung that Dr. O'Hara believes to be lung cancer. Not only did she refer me to a specialist, taking the time to review different doctors and hospitals, but when I called a few days later, she spent nearly 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions.

She gave me great advice on questions to ask the specialist and how to keep the process as inexpensive as possible. We had only been in a few times before for a check up or to pick up flea and tick medicine, but the staff has always been pleasant and affectionate toward my pup. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Hara to someone seeking a new vet.
