Super loving to my puppy! Definitely in good hands and the pricing is agreeable with the service.

Today was our first visit with my 6 year old Boston Terrier, Monty. Everyone was so kind and attentive, from the front desk to the techs, and the doctor herself, I didn't have to repeat myself 50 times. It was refreshing. So grateful to have found them! Thanks guys for taking care of my baby!

Been going here for years. Love everyone there, especially Shelly and Laura. Two of the mainstays on this staff! If you're lucky you catch a glimpse of Dr. Hussar on a visit.

They're super professional and quick. They had all of the information we needed for his vaccines, heartworm and flea/tick prevention perfectly in this folder for me.

They're kind of swamped right now with only 1 dr available, but they've always taken good care of our dog.

Friendly and knowledgeable doctors, Kimmy and Rumph. Alexis, Laura and the staff out front are kind and professional in all of their activities and interactions with you. The pricing and fees seem very reasonable and it probably helps that Sutton Rd Animal Hospital is independent from the larger and franchised operations. During COVID-19, they have been allowing one person come in with the pet, and I understand this has been a major issue with other vet hospitals.

I have been going to Sutton Road Animal Hospital since 1995. 3 dogs: A Belgium Malenois, German Shepherd, and our current English Bulldog "Gus". The care for all of my dogs from the people that work there has been A+. Reliable, caring, honest, clean facilities, and great people. Cost, I have never been overcharged at anytime. Your pet is family, and I won't go anywhere else!

Worst customer service skills ever from the veterinarian. There are a couple of receptionists that think they are above you. There is one receptionist there that is very sweet and knows how to handle people and animals. I wish I could remember her name. Actually, I have always thought they discriminate. They have no one of any color working there. Very, very rude. Very expensive.

Both times I went were emergencies, and Sutton was able to take us both times. It's a nice-looking office, and the ladies there are nice. The vet we had this week was super nice and polite. I knew my pup was in good hands. Will definitely come here again.

I've been taking my dogs here for over two decades. The service and personnel are friendly and helpful. I've met with several vets over the years and while they each have their own demeanor, I've had nothing but positive experiences. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a vet.

This is such an amazing clinic. I have yet to go to any place of business where the entire staff is friendly and on the same page. They are setting a high bar for all clinics as well as a Fear Free clinic. Dr Kimmey was so patient and kind and I couldn't recommend them more highly. My high stress dog stayed relatively calm for a vet visit and that made me feel so confident in going back to this clinic!

As a new dog owner I had a lot of questions about my pup along with many concerns. Sutton Road Animal Hospital helped me out the entire way. The doctor and the entire staff is super friendly. My pup caught a couple ticks before her medication kicked in and they were able to help me out in just a few minutes! I definitely recommend this hospital to anyone that wants their pet well taken care of.

My husband took our extremely shy 3-year-old cat (Mia) in for a check up and vaccinations this morning. He said she did great and that they were put into a special cat exam room that was pumped with cat pheromones. She initially cried a bit, but then she came out of her carrier and walked around the room sniffing. He said he then put her on the exam table and she curled up into a cat bed that they had there.

The most surprising thing to hear was that she did not once hiss. Mia doesn't trust other people, but she was completely fine with Dr Jaclyn Rumpf during the whole examination and shots. I chose this place to try out because of the all 5-star reviews on Yelp, and they have earned those stars. We have definitely found Mia's permanent doctor.

When we needed to put our pet to sleep, we went to Sutton Road Animal Hospital. The staff and veterinarian were great in such a bad time. We were in the middle of moving to Washington DC and they even kept the ashes for a month until we were able to come back. Highly recommended animal hospital. They care for your pets as if it's their own. Thank you Sutton Road!!

We brought one of our cats in and saw vet Jaclyn Rumpf, DVM. She & the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. Very gentle & she explained everything in terms that made sense to us. They are all animal lovers, as you'd expect, and really understood how much our 17-year-old cat was a big part of our family. We had to bring our cat back a couple times and sadly his kidney failure was too far gone with other serious complications so we made the incredibly painful decision to have him euthanized.

They were all so very supportive and caring and when we came in for the final appointment they were waiting for us and ushered us directly in to a room without delay, knowing how emotional we would be. They explained the process so we knew what to expect and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and as much time as we needed to collect ourselves for the drive home afterwards.

We had previously taken our cat to the vet clinic in a local PetSmart as that is where we had always gone before and were very disappointed in how we were treated this time. In addition what the PetSmart people recommended was incredibly poor advice & treatment based on our getting a second opinion from Sutton Road Animal Hospital and I'm so glad we did decide to go there instead.

On a nitty gritty note as well, not that the cost was an issue at all but the prices quoted us for just an x-ray at PetSmart was 3 times as much as the price of the x-ray at Sutton Road Animal Hospital. I would definitely recommend Sutton Road Animal Hospital because of their incredibly caring and well-trained staff and the fact that they don't take advantage of people with sick pets by price gouging them.

Our cat Miss started scratching at her ears and it hadn't gotten much better in the last couple of weeks. I called Sutton Road Animal Hospital on a Friday night close to their closing time to see if we could get an appointment some time soon, possibly during the next week. To my surprise, I was offered a couple of different choices for an appointment the following day, a Saturday.

When we arrived at Sutton Road Animal Hospital, we immediately noticed the super clean lobby, friendly desk staff, and complimentary coffee or tea via a Keurig station. I filled out our paperwork while my fiancé held poor Miss in her carrier. We had thought she would be more vocal and scared, but she did quite well, and was very calm during the entire visit.

We were taken back to the exam room on time, with out waiting. The room was very clean. Dr Meghan Stadt was amazing, and Miss took to her immediately. Dr Stadt took the time to explain Miss's ear infection and how to use her prescribed medication. At no point did we feel hurried through any process, which was great. The final stage of paying the bill wasn't painful on us either, as their prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be back when the need arises!!!
