Based upon calling they made an Appointment for my Elderly Cat & were very compassionate

High Point vet has cared for my beloved dog zada. Since we moved here three and a half years ago. They have been wonderful and Doctor Diego has always gone above and beyond the call in order to take care of my beloved pet. Last week came time to put my 15 year old baby to rest and he was so sweet and willing to step out of the box 2 do what had to be done.

Not only doctor Diego but every single other person who work at Highpoint that are phenomenal! I got so many hugs so many touches on the arm Exedra Exedra that it really made my experience how much lighter one to bear. Thank you so much High Point Vet!

I think this is the best place to take your pets. Our dog has received excellent care for all of the issues he has had. Will definitely recommend this veterinary to all pet lovers.

We took Maisy our Frenchton in for a visit to see if she was pregnant March 28th. They said no she’s not. That evening at 6pm she calls & said I’m sorry we were busy & I didn’t take the time but she’s pregnant. We’ll bring back Monday & X-ray again to see how many pups. & schedule the c-section April 11th. Bc that was 63 days from February 7th when she conceived.

Ten mins later she called back & said the Dr would be on vacation the week of the 11th so we needed to move it to April 6th bc that was still a good window for the pups & dr would know Monday April 4th if they were ready.(they said they were & there was 3-4 pups) Today is April 6th, Dr Diego called me around 2:00pm & said he was sorry but all pups died. he said I second guessed the surgery bc she was not swollen but she was losing mucus (she’s been doing that for 4 days) so I went ahead and did the surgery.

There was 5 pups but they needed at least a few more days, they barely had any fur & couldn’t breath. They worked on them but they couldn’t save them. We picked our dog up at 4:30pm & they charged my husband the full amount. I said I want to speak with a manager. they sent me to a room away from everyone where we spoke. The dr Wasn’t very apologetic he just looked stunned by his practices mistakes & refunded $300 of the bill.

I don’t think we owed them anything. They cut my dog for no reason, lost $6000 worth of puppies & cost me several hundred dollars for what!?? Do not take your babies here.

I love their Canadian bacon pizza. Extremely good. The large chef salad was good and big making it a full meal. Once they improve the dining room it will be first rate

I like the service, the place and super clean and prices are great.

They have always taken such great care of my baby's! I love them so much. My dog just recently was there with pancreatitis and they made him feel so much better and he is fully recovered now. They also gave me puppy food for my new puppy when I brought her in for her first checkup! They go above and beyond. When I had to help 2 dogs cross the rainbow Bridge they were beyond patient and compassionate and Dr. P literally cried with me. I have never seen a more caring vet in my life! They are just so professional. They treat your babies like their own!

Even though my cat wasn't brought to them from another clinic since their surgeon out of town and didn't tell me about switch I am thankful that their voicemail included Dr Sinks number to verify my cat didn't get brought there after all as Paws & Claws never called me to tell me anything about the 2nd female cats need of a spay revision. Thank you Dr Sink, I appreciate your callback as being a cat mama freaking out regarding whereabouts and status of my baby. Found out when I called P&C this morning she stayed alone all night then brought to Lakeview as apparently you had no slots for her til Friday.

They did amazing with my big boy and my tiny boy they both went in and was very very sick and now I still have both my babies with the hard work and love form them and the staff is amazing and always called to check on them

I had a very sick kitten and I could not have found a better veterinarian! The whole office was great and very kind and understanding about my situation! I would recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone with a pet!

Done business with this Vet before back in 2014 and they're awesome. Helped a friend with her dog for an emergency visit. The staff are caring and thoughtful and will work you in without an appt when absolutely necessary. No harm in trying them yourself with a new member of your family.

They are killers I took my sweat baby in for a cold they gave him a injection of antibiotics by the end of day my baby could not walk paralyzed he spent two days there while they did nothing to find out what happen and in the end they couldn’t admit they did something wrong we had to take him to another vet we’re the only thing left to do was put him to sleep. A one year old with nothing more than a cold now dead by there hands. I would not advise anyone who loves there babies to use them.

I highly recommend High Point Vet. Particularly, Dr. Puschinsky. Today, I had to make the difficult decision to end my dog Lacey's suffering and put her to sleep. Dr. P has been working with Lacey since the end of August and did everything she could to help Lacey get better. Unfortunately, Lacey was just not able to get better. Today I saw not just a doctor, but a sweet friend who I have bonded with over the last almost 2 months end my precious Lacey's suffering.

She did it with so much love and care and tears in her eyes. She made a heart wrenching situation so much more bearable by her kind support. I know there were several other people there who helped her with Lacey and I don't know who they all were, but I am just so thankful for each and every person who worked with Lacey and showed her love in the final days of life.

High Point Veterinary Hospital has been our pets’ doctors for many years, and we have always received excellent care. But, we cannot put into words how very kind and considerate Dr. Diego and his assistant were to us this week, as we said goodbye to our 14 year old Colby! Both of them were so compassionate, and walked us through one of the saddest days of our life.

Our wishes to stay with him were granted, and they were SO patient with us as we said our last goodbyes. And, then today, we got a sweet card with a handwritten note inside! We feel like they went above and beyond, and for that we are thankful!!

This place should receive more than 5 stars. Staff in general is outstanding but the extra attention provided by Miss Tammy was remarkable. She was very professionally while giving me details of necessary and important updates regarding shots and procedures and price related and also very sweet when picking my puppy the day of her procedure. Not even mentioning that I got a call from the doctor that realized the surgery in my dog same day to tell that everything was good and she was doing great.

When I picked Zoe next day at the hospital she was completely recovered. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a team that will extend your love to your pet as you do in your house when you are not around.

We love Dr. Cinalli! her staff is fabulous and they give thorough care to your fur babies! she takes special care of our Teddy and I cannot thank her enough for that. They have a great team!
