Our dog was incorrectly weighed by Sploot staff, resulting in an over double dose of medication that puts him at risk of many adverse side effects. We were overcharged $200. Our dog was seen by four staff (two vet techs, a front desk associate and Dr. Rodriguez) and each of them was so careless that they mistook our 82lb dog for a 180lb dog. When we went in to re-weigh him, they were rude and told us it was our fault for misreading the scale. They did not give us any drug information regarding potential side effects or overdose information. This place is terrible. Vets are negligent and staff is rude. If you want your pet to be cared for and given safe doses of medication, go somewhere else.

They went above and beyond to help my pet. real treatment and not just a pill then sent on our way. I appreciate the service that was provided

They offer day of and next day appointments for a reasonable price. The place had a good atmosphere and everyone was very friendly. The vets did a great job and were very helpful. Would definitely go back!

We're new to Denver and I'm glad we chose Sploot as our new vet. The vet gave recommendations without being pushy about having to do procedures if we weren't comfortable with it. Super friendly staff, easy to make and change appointments, text updates & communication - a great experience!

The Highlands location could not have been more kind or helpful. TLDR they made a chocolate and ham charcuterie plate for our dog before gently helping him shed this mortal coil. Dr. Russell was informative, concerned, and plain speaking. I could say terrible things about another emergency vet chain (cough cough, VEG cough cough don't go there), but I prefer to compliment. We are grateful for Sploot and recommend them heartily. They have our gratitude.

Just took Bear and Lizzy yesterday. The facility is new and well appointed, with tons of treats for both dogs and cats. On top of that, the process was quick, the staff was super attentive, and they did things I'd never seen before like giving Lizzy mashed tuna while they examined her so she would be preoccupied. On top of that, the check-ups were well-priced and the pricing all appears to be very straight-forward. Sploot is an awesome addition to the RiNo neighborhood!

I made an urgent care appointment for my dog Kevin here when he was super itchy skin and an ear infection. The team was so kind, the clinic was clean and honestly very pretty, and I did not wait more than a few minutes before seeing a doctor. Kevin is very sensitive when it comes to anyone touching his ears, but they were very patient and waited until he was happy and comfortable (thanks to many treats and pets!) We will definitely be taking him back for all of his primary care & wellness appointments, too!

We've been going to the Sploot location in highlands for our 1 year old pup, and I'm so glad that they've opened a new location in the downtown area! It's convenient to get to, the clinic is clean, bright, and well designed. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable as usual, and they've made making appointments a breeze. Highly recommend!

By far the best vet I've ever been too! Walking in, I was greeted by Kristyn who was so friendly and made the check-in process seamless. Ghost is normally so anxious when going into new places and with Anika and Dr. Berns - he was so comfortable! They showed him so much love with plenty of treats but also explained the cost/breakdown of everything before even examining/treating him.

It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands and knowing I wasn't being overcharged. The facility is so clean and everyone was so nice and understanding of my dogs issues. I would 1000% percent recommend Dr. Berns and her team at the RiNo location - absolutely phenomenal! We will be back!

I have been to sploot now for vet care for my old lady cat and my pupper. I have been super impressed each time. Vets take time to actually talk to you and you can tell they love animals! They sit on the floor with you and your fur babies which was awesome. Techs are amazing too and everyone in the entire building! Big Shoutout to Teya and Alaa for making the whole visit incredible. The place is clean and has antique modern vibe. Super easy to schedule and they communicate through text so well. Love our new Vet!

Sploot is convenient. They text you. They respond quickly and have late hours. I can't say all my sploot visits have been great but they have made some changes. My dog is usually a huge fan of the vet from her former life in NYC. She seems a little more sus of the people here but still happily has received the very very expensive teeth maintenance here without a problem and some advice on her diet.

They have efficiency in the bag. I don't see any reason to not bring your dog here unless you want more intimate vet care which doesn't really seem to be a big thing here with all the animal hospitals and such.

So far my experience with Sploot has been super great! Took my 8 week old puppy in for a checkup and everyone was so welcoming and helpful, which is so appreciated as this is my first time raising a pup. I was seen on time by Dr Mote. She was super friendly and very thorough - she made my puppy very relaxed throughout the whole experience! All of the information covered in the appt was sent over email and we also received 1 month of free pet insurance.

As for pricing - I think the $80 appointment is pretty standard in the area. Their hours are 10-10 7 days a week which gives peace of mind if something were to arise over the weekend. I have also utilized their texting feature - I sent over some symptoms and they gave a few tips on how to remedy it at home within minutes! We haven't started on vaccinations yet, but with my experience so far, I'm not worried at all. Sploot has eased a lot of nerves for a first time pet owner!

This place is amazing. I felt like I was taking Banjo to the puppy spa not to get updated shots. Everyone takes so much care in the details and it's a full highlands vibe!

My fiance and I brought my cat here to get her spayed and we are so happy we did. Our girl is very scared of other cats and new people, so she was quite sassy with staff until they helped us set up a plan with some medicinal assistance to make the whole experience easier for her. Sploot was also a bit far from where we lived, but that didn't bother us because of how kind and caring the staff were and how they were with our cat.

She has been spayed for almost a month now and she's perfect. No problems at all. Her vet even kept the sutures under the skin and used dissolvable stitches to make her recovery even better. Thank you sploot!

Sploot handles things in a unique way. My dog had a ruptured anal gland on a Sunday. I was extremely worried. He had an anal gland abscess before but this was worse. Not knowing what to do, I took him to a groomer to see if they could express it. They refused to service him and said I need to go to a vet. On Sunday options are very limited. I went to one on 22nd and Wadsworth, they told me to call when I arrived and someone would come get my dog.

I waited an hour, no one ever called. After a very bad experience with the animal hospital on 44th and Wadsworth (after waiting 3hrs they said it was a tumor. when it was actually an anal gland abscess) I didn't want to go there. I called another animal hospital in Arvada, they had good reviews so I thought I'd try them. But they said I could take him but I'd have to wait with him.

The wait time was over 4 hours. Very worried about the condition of my dog I called sploot. They seemed to care. They answered friendly and quickly. They said they were busy and weren't sure they could take another walk in. I explained what my dog was experiencing and she said she would check with the doctor to see if they could take care of him. Thankfully they fit him in!

The atmosphere they create is relaxing. Very clean and they have spa like music on. They checked me in quickly and asked me some questions. They let me drop off my dog rather than wait which was nice. I was so worried I started crying and they were very reassuring and nice. They stayed connected and called and texted me updates on how he was doing.

They continued to offer support. In the end my dog was taken care of and is doing much better. Great hours for unexpected issues! Continuous support Thorough information Trustworthy

Best Veterinary Clinic in the Denver metro. We switched to them and our pup Copper absolutely loves the staff and facilities. Also, the quality of care and attentiveness from staff is top notch, they really do care and do a great job. The walk-in/drop-off option has been extremely helpful as well.

We recently moved to Denver and were searching for a new vet - I am so happy that we found one both my pet and I love. Dr. Alexa and the entire staff were o nice to my pup. They did a very thorough exam and answered all my questions. Also the fact that the clinic is open late and accepts walks ins is awesome.

My puppy loved visiting Sploot! We needed to go to the clinic for an urgent evening visit as she consistently throwing up after her meals :-(. She is normally very apprehensive around vets, but Dr. Jake was excellent with her. He was not only extremely professional, but super kind and gentle. She immediately liked him. He made sure she was comfortable for the exam and X-ray, and answered my very long list of questions.

The entire staff was so nice to my pup. The fact that the clinic was open late was a lifesaver. The place is also very well designed (super modern and welcoming). My puppy especially loved the treat bar (even though she couldn't have any last night). Definitely my go to vet clinic moving forwards.
