Dr. Shlomo Freiman
Chief Veterinary Officer
Shlomo has been a practicing veterinarian for almost three decades. As a successful practice owner, he leveraged new technologies in innovative ways to deliver better care and services for both pets and pet parents, while lowering stress on the hospital veterinary team. He is the co-owner of two patents related to the use of machine-learning and AI for veterinary tele-triage. He is a writer and public speaker on the topic of implementing Telehealth in veterinary practice.
Dr. Heather Smith
Medical Director
Dr. Smith is a 2003 graduate of Washington State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, and she has been practicing small animal medicine in the greater Seattle area since then. The areas of practice she finds most rewarding are preventative medicine/wellness care, dentistry, pain management, and quality of life/end of life care for her patients. She is also a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist and loves how that training allows for treatment options which complement her favorite areas of medicine. Dr. Smith values a “team” approach to veterinary medicine where everyone, including the pet parent, plays an important role. She is proud to be a part of this groundbreaking reimagining of how we deliver pet care in ways that support and honor the human animal bond. Dr. Smith also is also passionate about preserving the mental health and well-being of the veterinary team, so that we can provide our very best to the pets in our care.

Right now it's not feasible for me to bring two cats and a dog to a veterinarians office. They came to my apartment and set up everything so professionally! My cats always gets so stressed out getting in their carriers and going to the vet and they actually let them trim their nails, and they weren't unhappy at all. I think as a pet owner that's always what we strive for for pets not to be stressed out. I also was able to get 2 check ups for my seniors. I also was allowed to be with them, which was so comforting to all of us. The best nail trims ever.

Felix&Fido is top notch. My dog Cali was smiling the whole time. She usually hates getting out of the car when we pull into the vet when she thought we were going mountain biking. It was super easy to book online and the care Cali received from Dr. Kuhn and Vanessa was gentle and spot on her needs. On top of that they answered all my questions and didn't break the bank. Definitely recommend these guys!

So easy and convenient! Normally vet visits are a stressful experience for both myself and my cat - I absolutely dread having to put him in the carrier and mess that follows. But this time, there was no mess to clean and my cat was the most relaxed he had ever been for an appointment - even with receiving a blood draw. Such a relief! Dr. Kuhn and Vanessa were so friendly, patient, and professional. Will definitely use their services again. :

Felix&Fido provided superior service for my dog Sloane! There are a million other places Sloane would rather be than in a vet clinic, so the in home care was convenient for me and pleasant for her. The care team is so knowledgeable, caring, and friendly! I highly recommend and (may be even excited) for her next vet visit!
