La Boit

La Boit is just a pleasure to work with. They make the best product, and my organization, Fido Fixers, stopped checking out any other vendors, because no one can compete with La Boit, and the quality product they produce. I may add that Ryan is so responsive and helpful after the sale is made, and of course everyone knows Koni, a larger than life, warm, fun and professional sales person. Fido Fixers has six La Boit mobile clinics and we are currently working on our 7th!

We purchased our Laboit 2.5 years ago. The whole process was very streamlined and easy to manage. Their ongoing customer suppprt is good and we have had minimal issues since purchasing the vehicle. We operate out of NH and it is well insulated for the cold.

I bought my rig in 2008 when our country was crashing down all around me. I was scared out of my mind but have never looked back. What a fantastic life move its been for me. Koni talked to me cheerfully for 13 years (yep) before making the plunge, telling me all the ins and outs. The process when it finally happened couldn't have been smoother. Since then Ive only had 100% support form Laboit with any glitch that happens and needs repair.

Every single one of the folks at LaBoit is helpful, courteous and has the smarts to get you through just about anything on the phone, and send parts needed to keep you functioning promptly and with fair prices. The follow through is stellar. The vehicle itself is built like a bombproof shelter and they are constantly upgrading to more clever innovations to improve anything that isnt perfect.

I couldn't recommend this company highly enough. I strive to model my business after theirs. My business has had me running since the day I drove it home and it has been a joyful way of giving to the community, making a great living, and being appreciated for the work you do. You can charge enough to make a great living while keeping the prices reasonable enough to be greatly appreciated for it and not have the stress of overhead dictating your medical decisions or lifestyle.

Laboit (and staff) are fantastic! The dream of leaving traditional practice and going mobile was very intimidating, but they made it very easy. The level of detail put into each vehicle is amazing. Throughout the entire process Koni provided tremendous support, and very honest feedback on supplies and equipment options. We've had the truck for almost 1 month now, and couldn't be happier. It definitely has the "wow" factor and my clients are loving it!

I purchased my LaBoite veterinary Unit in 2010 and have been loving it ever since. More importantly, I have never dealt with a company with the level of customer service offered by LaBoite. The staff has not changed since I purchased my vehicle which makes it feel like you're talking to old friends. Over the past 8 years, any time there was an issue, I got through immediately and one of their staff fixed my problem.

Most recently we had trouble with the door latch on the Unit. We had it repaired by a local RV dealer but it was not done correctly. On a Sunday about 2 weeks ago, I found myself locked out of the Unit. Luckily there was a window unlocked and I'm small enough to crawl through the window. I emailed Wayne Henderson - head engineer at the company and he walked me through the crisis (on a SUNDAY!) He spoke to our locksmith and even called me to follow up to be sure the issue had been resolved. I cannot begin to say enough good things about this company. Thank you LaBoite! I bought a custom mobile vet truck in 2014. I can't say enough good things about the staff or the vehicle. It's beautiful and very high quality. I haven't had any repair issues. They helped me finance it and make the truck exactly what I wanted. Thanks to Kori and Wayne especially since they're the ones I've worked with the most.

I had the distinct pleasure of operating a LaBoit mobile veterinary clinic as chief veterinarian for a period of approximately 6 years. Over this time, the mobile unit was used as a surgical spay/neuter clinic for cats. I personally sterilized over 10,000 cats on this clinic and it performed beautifully! Great use of working space, functional A/C and heater, nice wet prep sink, plenty of cage space and storage.

We took it all over Miami-Dade County to make an impact in lowering feral cat populations as well as providing spay/neuter service for foster cats and pets. The surgical space was comfortable with an overhead surgical light, anesthesia machine, shelf space for placing surgical supplies, and a separator door. Overall I really enjoyed working in the LaBoit mobile veterinary clinic and hope to one day own one of my own!

I've been researching mobile clinics for about a year now. Koni at LaBoit has been such a big help in this process. The information they provide is so thorough. I recently toured the vehicle they had at VMX and I'm so impressed with their craftsmanship! Not to mention that anyone I've spoken to or dealt with has been so professional and they take the time to answer all my questions. I can't wait to purchase my vehicle this year!

I bought my 24ft Sprinter from LaBoit a year ago and couldn't be happier. The V6 diesel engine is getting 15mpg even though the unit weighs 11,000lbs. They digital X-ray is awesome as is the surgery in the back. We have done over 25 surgeries a day for rescue groups with no issues. The construction is first class and the clients notice the quality. I recommend LaBoit to everyone who asks.
