Have been super satisfied with all our visits! Even though we just get a tooth trim for our bunny they are always so great.. Dr. Spindel is one of the best exotic vets in the area. Super caring and so fun to speak with!

We are new to Greensboro and were looking for a good vet. We are quite picky and LOVE LOVE LOVE these guys from the front desk to the assistants to the vet. they are great. There are a ton of vets around here and we have tried a few but looking no further. They are great.

Difficult for us to find a vet in our area that treated rabbits. Everyone treated us with compassion and not as a business. Dr Spindel answered all of our questions clearly and patiently. I wish people doctor offices were this caring

I cared for an elderly pup while her owner worked 12 hour shifts at a hospital. After she began having seizures, the vet discovered that she had a brain tumor. I came to say goodbye to this sweet baby and I saw the vet and the staff go the extra mile to comfort the owner. They were so kind and respectful that I wouldn't hesitate to take my own pets to the Animal Ark.

Very pleasant staff and clean waiting room. I saw they had a little store on the other side of the receptionists but I did not go over there to browse. My kitten seemed very calm with everyone. I was able to go in the room with my cat and I was happy about that. I asked any and every question I had and they were all answered and I even received advice on pet care.

This is going to be my cats permanent vet. She has never met another person and she welcomed the vet and vet assistant openly. I appreciate them working after 5pm because who really has the time to take off a whole afternoon from work?

1st time experience for my baby rabbit's nail trim. They were wonderful! No wait time, staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to having a great relationship with them for the care of my bunny. One of the few places that provides care for pet rabbits.

The staff of Animal Ark of Brassfield were so kind and seemed very caring about me and my pets. I brought my snake in for a first visit and the reptile vet seemed very professional. My snake hung out on his arm while he did the examination and everyone at the front desk was asking to see photos of my pets : I will be using this location as my permanent vet for both of my snakes and would highly recommend Animal Ark to anyone with reptiles along with other pets!

I just moved to the area and had to bring one of my chickens to him. He took great care of her and is very knowledgeable. The staff is personable and professional. I will be using Animal Ark for all my animals! Also the price was reasonable!

Absolutely AMAZING! It was so hard to find a Vet to take my rabbit too! However, I am so glad I was referred to animal Ark! They treated my Lola amazingly! And their prices are fantastic!

The staff here are so friendly! The doc was able to prescribe our iguana Felix meds that fixed him right up! They've even got a cool gift shop including toys for pets, food, and even candles!

Took my 19 year old cat in for a wellness check on 8/9/2021 knowing he was not doing well, but wasn't quite ready to accept the fact that it was his time to go. He was in no pain, but he was very sick and it was decided we needed to put him down. I cannot express enough how professional and loving and compassionate each staff member and the doctor we encountered was throughout this ordeal. they treated us and our cat with dignity and provided calmness to us while walking us through every step of the process. Thank you so very much for helping us provide my Sunshine with love during his final day!

Today was my first visit to this practice for an eye issue with a reptile. Very happy all around. The staff are friendly, welcoming, efficient, and competent. The technician, same. They showed true interest in my pet and her wellbeing. Dr. Spindel was great. Friendly, thorough, and also efficient. He covered all relevant bases quickly and competently. Also very fair prices especially for an exotics vet. Would happily return.

A BIG shoutout to Animal Ark Veterinary Hospital of Brassfield in Greensboro! Our hamster had not been acting like herself for a few days and I was referred to Animal Ark (most vets do not treat hamsters). I called at 5:30 yesterday and they got her in at 8:00 this morning. They are so nice, helpful, caring and reasonable!

If you are looking for a vet in the Greensboro area, I HIGHLY recommend animal ark. I have been so pleased with their services. My dog had an appointment for a dental today and literally was so excited to be back, she almost pulled the tech down trying to get to the front door. Dr. Evans is incredibly knowledgable and understanding and I am so happy to have found animal ark.

We have been happy clients at Animal Ark Brassfield for a couple of years. Today, however was not a great visit. Our 10 year old Boxer has DM and currently doesn't have the use of her back legs. She has always been fearful of strangers and never a fan of going to the vet, but is even more fearful having lost the use of her back legs. I understand. the challenges we all have faced with Covid, but with cases going down and given the survival rate it seems unnecessary to keep owners out of the office now.

I do understand that this is their policy. So, today I asked if I'm not allowed to come in could they come see my girl at my vehicle and was told yes. When we arrived and were checked in and I.

My 6 month old bit bull puppy was having skin issues and desperately needed itching relief. I called yesterday and she was scheduled for the next morning(Saturday). The entire staff is AMAZING! They treated my fur baby like she was their very own! The Doctor diagnosed her issues and went over her printed health regime with me via phone. (The waiting room was closed as a precautionary measure -COVID 19).

We waited in our car during her exam. It was MizDemeanor's first office visit and she was nervous. I was so impressed by the way the staff made her feel loved and made sure she was comfortable. It was a happy, positive and affordable experience! I highly recommend Animal Ark of Brassfield for the care of your pets!

This used to be a wonderful and compassionate place when it was Brassfield. The vets Ralph and Hunter was the best! We have used them for 17 years and 4 dogs. We just rescued a horribly abused dog. She had a complete work up in Raleigh 2 weeks ago. We asked the Animal Ark for another heart worm pill for May 6, because she is so traumatized and. we don't want to take her back in to a vet for a month. She is even scared of us and we can't catch her. They said NO! Really. how awful! Will never ever use them again, which is sad after 17 years!

I have tried many veterinarians but this one is the best. I have an issue with my dog and they have gone far and above with helping me. The staff is always courteous and nice to me and my family. I can tell they love animals. My dog is not the most cooperative when it comes to clipping his nails, but kudos to Cindi, and the staff, they will get it done. I highly recommend this animal hospital.
