We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Would leave negative stars if I could. Very disappointed in the customer service experience. Called a week ago to schedule a very hard end of life appointment for my mother in law's 15 year old dogs and at first experience was very pleasant, and she was very understanding. She got me scheduled for a week later, and when I called to confirm appointment for today and let them know I was available earlier if it was better for them, I was told I was not on the books and insisted I called the wrong clinic.
I let them know they were on my call log for 8:24am May 2 when I made the appointment. The receptionist was extremely RUDE telling me I did not speak to anyone at that clinic. This clinic was recommended by someone my mother in law knew, BUT the way I was treated today was absolutely ridiculous especially when someone is dealing with end of life for their beloved pet!

We brought our Kerry Blue Terrier puppy in a few weeks ago for her first check-up! We were so impressed with the time and the care the staff gave to us. We had several questions and each one was answered thoroughly. Dr. Sallade was excellent and took the time to talk with my husband and I at the end of a long day. Kate and Regina were so welcoming and extremely helpful in dealing with our new little one. We HIGHLY recommend Brookwood!

We have been clients of Dr Cottons for over 25 years. Through all the joys and tears of dog ownership. Dr Cotton and his team are very thorough and diligent when it comes to pet care. He and his team are also extremely compassionate when it comes to those "end of life" situations with your four legged family members. Fantastic folks.

I have been using Brookwood for over five years. I must say that Dr. Cotton is very thorough and kind. The front desk staff and fantastic Vet Technicians are always on the ball and ready to greet you and your four-legged friend. All the prices are reasonable, and you won't be pressured into procedures or tests. The medical staff always answers your questions with simple easy to understand treatment plans.
