Although I had been told my cat needed her teeth cleaned, I waited ... too long. So, at this year's exam I was told that she had dental disease. They found that a couple of teeth had to be removed. But, they also put something into one of the holes to help build up the jaw bone. When I picked her up, I was given a booklet containing photos (before & after), dental x-rays, and home care instructions. I was surprised with all the information I was given to keep her teeth clean & her breath 'fresh'.
