This should be zero stars. My dog has never been treated so poorly at a vet before. We took her in because she had a hurt foot. Instead of doing a thorough exam, we were just given a shrug, some foot soaking solution, a cone, and some pain meds. When (not shockingly) things didn't improve, we were told to bring our dog in for an xray only to later find out that the xray software wasn't working.
Instead we were told that the vet would do a thorough exam (which should have been done the first time). After hearing nothing for over 3 hours, we called only to find out that the vet had not even seen our dog. Our poor pup had just been sitting in a cage - no food, not clear if she even had water - and the vet knew she had been fasting since the previous evening.
On top of that, the vet apparently couldnt provide a concrete answer on when she planned to see our dog even though we expressed to her how anxious our dog gets at vet offices. Needless to say, we left the experience with no information and overall our dog being worse off. I would think carefully before bring your pet to this vet!
