This is the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. Our beloved family dog had to visit this clinic twice within a couple days of each other. He had broken both of his front legs at separate occiassons and we had found that the price for repair and quality of life for our dog after the surgery would not be acceptable. We ended up having to put him down.
But before that was able to happen we were welcomed in the room by a SOBING employee telling us we would be receiving his paw print in the mail! This is the most terrible experience we have ever gone through and to have a business make us feel even more guilty for one of the hardest decisions we'll have to make is so atrocious to me! Please stay as far away from this place as possible! Their morals and quality care to the family of the pets are terrible.
