Last night 4/29 we took our brand new kitten to the emergency vet for a bowl obstruction. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Not only was the entire staff completely heartless, they offered no options besides euthanasia. They ask for payment before they even assess your animal. They refuse to treat my kitten and state if we don't euthanize she will pass on her own so we take her to the room to say goodbye and we can hear the staff laughing and cracking jokes outside the door.

As she's dying in my arms and we're saying goodbye, they had the audacity to ask for payment for her euthanasia before she was even gone WHILE SHE WAS IN THE ROOM FIGHTING. They were completely insensitive, completely unprofessional and made this traumatic experience even more traumatic. Their options are absolutely outrageous for " after care " $393 to get my kitten in a box back that you can't even legally Bury in this state, $590 additional for cremation on top of the $590 they wanted for critical care.

Didn't offer condolences or anything after she was gone didn't warn us about how the euthanasia would make a kitten so small react so it traumatized my partner. As we're leaving I said thank you to the tech who walked us out and he said " well it is an emergency vet this happens a lot ". I have never been so appalled at the treatment. Do not bring your animal here unless you want to bring it home in a box

I brought my cat here after she had been having issues with her mouth, and had not been eating. Upon arrival, we were instructed to park in numbered parking, where we filled out out information digitally. They came right out to our car and took my cat in from there. We brought her in around 10am and were warned she likely wouldn't be seen for 5 hours.

It made me cringe a bit because I felt so bad for my baby having to wait, but I appreciated the honesty. All throughout the day the clinic was VERY communicative and honest about how long it would be and how my pet was doing. The worst part was that we did not get to pick her up until almost 3 in the morning! We were not quite prepared for dedicating our full day to waiting, but they were very honest that since my cat was stable and in better condition, they would have to prioritize patients in distress.

The cost for the exam, labs and medication was over $700. All of the staff we talked with was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, and helping me feel less anxious about my cat. My cat has since been improving and the medication they gave seems to really be helping. High price and long wait times, but great staff that really cares and communicates well.

From the moment I got there to the moment I got to take my dog home it was nothing but professionalism and care. For a first time dog owner and for one scary last 48 hours they definitely made me feel heard as well as took such great care of my Charlie boy. I definitely recommend them for any kind of care as well as how honest they could be.

The expertise and compassion here at emergency and especially in the Critical Care Unit is second to none. Our sweet dog Frisco was diagnosed with IMHA in emergency and spent 1 week in the ICU Critical Care Unit while receiving 3 blood transfusions. It was heart wrenching but the kindness & compassion from all the staff is so appreciated. Doctors Stasny & Galton took great care and time to explain what was happening.

After a 5-week battle, we finally had to say goodbye to our sweet boy and were again provided with compassion by emergency. I would also like to add that we were given the clear facts about this disease on day 1 by Dr Baxter and we knew he had only a 50% chance of success. This is an extremely busy hospital, with very stressful work. It's important to know that they triage patients with the most emergent cases being seen first so, like us, you will probably have to wait awhile before your fur baby is seen & treated while they tend to the most urgent first. Frisco was in emergency a few times and we witnessed a few staff literally run to assist seizure & accident patients. We are forever grateful. The Courts

I have nothing but amazing words for this vet clinic. This is the second time I have had to take my cat into them for urinary blockage. The first time they were very understanding of my price range and I had chosen out patient care, due to this and my own poor understanding of his condition it did return. This second time I was not only greeted with a professional attitude but a very caring and loving staff.

The first time my cat Sora was in he had caused a ruckus and not only did they take him back in with no judgement or care this time they treated him with even more love. I want to give my biggest thanks to Dr. Jill Stark. She was absolutely amazing and so understanding of not only my financial situation and worked with me but was one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever met.

This emergency vet staff are a group of the most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and are just so amazing I cannot even express. If you are in a bind I would recommend this vet to all ends of the world. all the way form the front of house techs to the doctors themselves this is a group of just wonderful people. Thank you for giving me and Sora a second chance at health and understanding.

Dr. Park and her team were phenomenal! The attention and care they gave our 9 1/2 year old Golden Retriever was amazing. We were told from the onset we would have a 6-8 hour wait due to the number of emergency surgeries, etc they were dealing with. We left Journey (our Golden) with them and they did everything we were told they would do and called us with updates.

We got to Pick up Journey at 3:30 a.m., followed up with their treatment recommendations and Journey is doing great! Everyone was so friendly, professional, and caring. We recommend Dr Park, her team, and the whole hospital. Wonderful place.

They helped my little baby girl Smokey cross over rainbow bridge, in a respectful, dignified and private room where she could be loved and held by her humans. They were very professional and open about my dogs illness and what it would be to try and save her. When the decision was made, we were treated kindly and loving. This is the second time in 10 years we have gone to this clinic and have been treated the same way each time. If you have a baby in crisis, this is where you want to bring them.

You guys took such good care of my baby Sweetie. I think she even liked coming to visit you all. Doctor Hollister was so genuine and caring during the most difficult time of my life. Although sweetie did pass, I knew she was in good hands. You're all angels.

Our dog got hit by a car a few days ago and we took him here to have him examined - the staff was SO nice and concerned for him. The Dr called the day after we were home and we brought him back for another exam and blood test - he's doing fine and we could not say enough of how compassionate and caring everyone here was - the way they treated our dog and us was so appreciated - we highly recommend this ER Vet - they were amazing!

Very sad to say we had to put down our precious Boo. It was just his time, but it was a Sunday morning and we really didn't want him to suffer any more. So we called here and they were so kind and empathetic. They said we can come in when we were ready. They were so sweet and professional the entire time. They had a "goodbye" room with a couch where we could sit and hold him as he passed. Again, the nurses were so kind and gentle the entire way, and they were very respectful of the wild emotions we were experiencing as we said goodbye.

It really sucks that this had to be our first experience with this place, but if any of their other services are this caring, we will gladly come back with our other pups for any kind of medical needs. Thank you guys so much for helping us. It has been a sad couple of days, but you helped make it just a little bit more bearable. Thank you!
