This was my first time bringing in my dog Po for a rabies shot. They were super friendly and made him feel so comfortable. Chris, our vet tech, is the best! So happy we moved to this side of town

Everyone from the time we walked in was wonderful. Both the technician and veterinarian understood that we had an anxious senior dog and took the time to make sure Ms. Lola was comfortable before examining her. They clearly explained treatment options and standard screenings for older animals and didn't force anything. So happy that we found such a wonderful place to take care of our precious fur baby in her golden years!

I adore this office. They always get my pets in ASAP, I have never had to wait multiple weeks for an appointment like every other clinic around. Scheduled visits and emergency visits are a breeze alike. Prompt communication and returned calls is a constant. I'm so appreciative of their hospitality and just seemingly joy to help my animals, I trust them with my babies and am so thankful to have found them.

What a wonderful place to entrust your pets health to. Dr Barnett and Chris were absolutely wonderful to work/talk with today. You can definitely tell that they are dedicated to their work and the care they Want to provide to your loved ones. Will not go anywhere else. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Barnett has been patient and extremely helpful with all my questions and needs for my babies, 2 doggies! He does it with a smile and a warm heart! I could not ask for anything better!

Squeezed my sweet pup Thor in for a severe ear infection after over 15 other vet offices refused to take him and offered appointments 3 weeks out. Alyssa was so kind and compassionate when scheduling, the doctor we saw was incredibly kind and glad we brought him in, the techs were all great with him and gave him lots of love. Thank you so much keep up the good work.

Bonnie is always very nervous to go to the vet and this time wasn't an exception. I had to hold the door open for a solid minute before she'd go in! When Chris entered the room, he was very patient and so great with her. Our doctor came in, Dr. Barnett, and (just like Chris) was patient with her. I love coming to Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital and recommend it to all of my friends with furry kids. Thank you for another great visit!

I just love Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital - they take such good care of my pets, the staff is so friendly and answers any question we might have. You can call them, or email them and they respond very quickly to address concerns. My pets feel comfortable when I take them there and the staff goes out of their way to make it a pleasant experience for them. I feel very fortunate to have a vet like Chandler Gilbert Animal hospital in my community! Thank you all!

At the time of writing this review, I have a 6 year old cockapoo and a three month old Bernedoodle. I have had several vets over the course of my cockapoo's life and I can say with complete confidence that this is by far the best vet's office we have been to. The staff and doctors are all extremely friendly, welcoming, and patient. The office is designed to be comfortable for both the owners and the pets.

The vet and staff gave my husband and I multiple opportunities to ask questions. They clearly desired to help us learn how to care for our furry babies. They also have an easy online portal where we can see test results, reminders, and medical records. We feel so fortunate that we live only 10 mins away from this office, but it would also be well worth a commute!

We have taken both our dogs here since we moved to the area in June. From the front desk staff, to the vet techs, and the Doctors, it's amazing service. They walk through each step to help you understand and walk you through what each thing costs financially. They are fantastic with our pets and every treatment has been exceptional!

The staff is caring and takes great care of the animals and their parents when they come in for vet services. Fantastic place!

Our dogs received royal treatment, our lab is healing and full of energy, we were talked to in a positive, encouraging way. Our dogs had a wonderful time, we are thrilled our Ginger is sleeping and not coughing! She is full of energy and we are appreciative of the wonderful care. We highly recommend Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital!

The techs are so kind and professional, the Dr's are amazing. So glad I found this place, they take wonderful care of my pup.

I called in to inquire about cremation for my puppy that I just lost a few hours beforehand. I agreed to the cost and said I would bring my pup to which the receptionist responded don't bring the dog now we are trying to go to lunch. or at least I've been trying to go to lunch so come after 2. I responded with I just lost my puppy and I'm sorry to inconvenience your lunch.

She said okay and hung up. I was very calm and polite because I was already emotional but the lack of empathy and rudeness made me decide to not use them or take my puppy for cremation. They need to do better! Train those people who answer the phone. It was so heartless and cold. Whoever that girl was will have her karma.

Awesome veterinarian, I took my dog in for minor surgery and they were amazing to him. The two ladies in the front were very professional. Dr Barnett is the best in chandler. I highly recommend them.

This is the very LAST place I would recommended anyone to get their beloved pets euthanized. Lost my beautiful fur baby 2 months ago, was told I would get his FINAL paw print mailed out to me. 2 months later, and still have received nothing. As a pet parent, this is something you do look forward to receiving. Kept constantly calling and getting the same answer, "It's been mailed already". This was the first and very last time I will ever give this place any business.

We have recently moved to the area and added a new puppy to the family. After searching for a new vet, I reviewed the ratings and comments provided by other customers and chose Chandler Gilbert Animal Hospital. Although we have only been to the facility once, the staff was courteous, professional and prompt. I think that we found our new family vet going forward!

My 11 year old blue pit Augie, was having issues. Dr. Barnett and his assistant Katie we awesome. Explained EVERYTHING to me so I could understand what was going on and my options. Dr Barnett was great. My Dog has a Cancer Tumor on his rear leg. I trust Dr. Barnett to treat him and hopefully give me a few more years with Augie. Go to this Animal hospital.

You won't regret it. Prices were Fair. Don't get me wrong, I paid a hefty penny. But got every dimes worth. I know Augie will be treat good, and taken care of my their staff. I love Augie, and if I was happy with the service, price, treatment or anything, I'd say so here. But nope ---- this was a good decision to take Augie here to get better and cared for. -Carl V, -
