Very irresponsible, unprofessional staff and doctors. Please do not trust your pets with them. They don't have enough knowledge, my pet is dealing with heart worm and the vet is so careless that prescribed him doxycycline and my pet is very allergic to it. I have called them bunch of times and showed up at their hospital more than 5 times. They are not responsive and they have just wasted our time and my pet is even worse now. Please do not trust them.

After just about 5 years, I have made the decision to leave Companion. I do love my doctor (Dr. Smith) but she has completely cut back her hours and with the mistakes and more recent issues that have happened, I cannot trust Companion with my girls anymore. This week I called in to discuss that the face wipes I had refilled for treating my dogs skin infection under her eyes were not filled with the ones she had been on for months with multiple refills.
They told me that there was nothing they could do and that since I went home with the wipes they could not refund or replace them with the correct prescribed wipes. The front desk staff were defensive and hostile to put it nicely. There is no accountability and I was communicated incorrect information entirely. So, she had a doctor from the clinic get on the phone with me who told me that he "really wished this was an important issue, but it's just not." So, in summary, the clinic stands behind not having to communicate medication swaps for your pets and will absolutely not take any accountability for their mistakes.
I have been driving over an hour to keep my dogs here, because loyalty!, and have been given the wrong dosage for my other dog's meds, have been told that issues around effective and correct medication for my dogs aren't important, and have paid for a puppy plan unable to get ad-hoc appts for issues. If you have a puppy that needs spaying and neutering, this is not the clinic to start with.
I am on a waiting list with absolutely no timeline for when I would be able to get my girl spayed. Every heat cycle increasing risk for cancer. If you are a current client of Companion, I recommend double checking medications and dosages before leaving the clinic. They are unable to help you the moment you leave even if it is their mistake. Apparently this is a policy not communicated or written anywhere. There is no excuses for being told by a doctor at the clinic that my animal's skin infection is a completely unimportant issue to them.

If you need a quality vet, or amazing and personalized boarding experience this is the place for you. I have taken all of our dogs to this facility, and comfortably been able to leave them for weeks knowing I could continue my travels. The staff are very knowledgeable and I get the feeling treat my dogs with the utmost respect. My dogs welcome their visit to the facility unlike other boarding facilities.

I have been a customer at companion animal hospital for more than a year. While with Covid other hospitals have been focusing more on their own client base companion is not doing that. I have 3 separate cases where my pet has been required some urgent clinic visits and each case they are not able to accommodate us. The bigger problem is they don't even ask what's the issue the pet is facing.
In case of pets most cases are urgent if the clinic is not able to get it and have some compassion then it's better to not their client. In any case I have to go to emergency care and the nurses over their are able to atleast come out and check on the Pet and say if it's life threatening or needs immediate attention. My dog had an abscess and I was in the parking lot for companion and they did not even offer suggest can I check on your dog just to see if it can wait. I went to aes Kirkland and the nurse checked it and mentioned it's not life threatening but needs attention today and they are able to help.

We got a new puppy and my neighbor suggested Companion Animal Hospital, so we went there, they have new building with very nice design, I love separate waiting spot for cats, very thoughtful, place was clean and well-maintained, great customer service, they're offering puppy and kitten plans, doctor was amazing pay attention to my puppy, explaining everything about what we have to do, everything computerized, scheduled, it's easy. I highly recommended this clinic.
