Dr. Crocker is wonderful and we will be going to him for all our dental in the foreseeable future.

Friendly & patient staff finally was able to follow in with my dog for care (due to COVID was previously not allowed inside) was so impressed at how patient and caring they were! The vet tech was so wonderful and caring with my dog I loved knowing he was in such good hands even previously. Will recommend this place to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about this vet's office. Our little guy gets so excited when he realizes where we are - he loves everyone at the office and always has a wagging tail upon exit. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful, which we appreciate as first-time dog owners!

Helpful, caring, professional, nice, friendly and competent. I've taken my nervous dog, my obese cranky cat, and our 3lb 16 yr old crotchety rat-dog here over the yrs, all were treated gently and efficiently. Expensive but you get quality care to match.

I highly highly recommend this clinic, especially for animals that are afraid of vet visits. Without Mercer Island Veterinary Clinic and their awesome staff (especially Monique), I would not have been able to give my dog proper vet care. He was turned away from Phinney Ridge for getting aggressive as he is very anxious about being poked and prodded. Monique's Cooperative Care visits, which I take advantage of every two weeks, have been life saving for both my dog and me.

If that wasn't enough, the staff is extremely friendly and very accommodating with scheduling and any questions about my dog's care that come up. I can't thank them all enough!

We can't say enough good things about the excellent care we have received for our pets over the past 18 years from Drs Crocker, Mulvaney, and Wu. The staff are also wonderful and so supportive when we have had ill pets (mostly dogs). Wow! I am a trainer and shelter volunteer that work with lots of shy fearful dogs. Dr. Wu and Monique, Behavioral Vet Tech, were such a pleasure to work with. My BC Ranger has anxiety around noises and other things. We did our entire exam outside for his comfort and had as much time as we needed to discuss everything in detail. I am thrilled.

We have our both pets, a dog and a cat, in the MI Veterinary Clinic care and we are very pleased with their services. My last visit concerned my senior cat. I received very professional services and more than that, emotional support. Once the test results were received, we were able to make a plan and hopefully try and buy at least a couple more years for our Tasha.

We are very grateful to Monique and Dr. Wu for their thorough evaluation, and pertinent, much-needed recommendations. They spent over 2 hours with us, really got to the essence of our dog's personality, and began appropriate treatment strategies during our initial visit. They generated a detailed report, which they will share and discuss with other members of our dog's care team, including her trainer.

This is much appreciated, since coordination of care is essential to tackling dog aggression. They are clearly experts in this field, and we look forward to continuing to work with them.

We had a great experience! The staff at Mercer Island Vet Clinic did a lot to make sure our dog was comfortable even prior to our visit. The pre-visit questionnaire made it easy to create an environment that was comfortable for our dog, Beaux. They even made sure the tech and vet were both women (since our dog shies away from men sometimes). They did a great job and we will definitely be back.
