Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital

A few months ago our youngest rescue was scheduled for surgery. I asked very politely to not call my husband at work because he was extremely busy and to please contact me as I was the one who would be home taking care of her during her recovery. They continued calling him at work and it took 3 phone calls, an email and finally me going to the office in person to get them to stop calling him at work. To make matters worse the week after her surgery I received a phone call from a young lady saying she was confirming our male dog coming in for surgery. I had to explain to her that he was never scheduled for surgery. They scheduled the wrong dog on the wrong day ! Unbelievable ! This is horrible customer service from the front desk staff. My advice to the owner of Spanish Trail is to use some of the money they spent on remodeling their offices and upgrading their computer system to send their staff up front to a customer service class and learn how to listen and pay attention to their customers. Needless to say we are no longer taking our family pets to Spanish Trail. They never offered to perform an ultrasound on our little girl ! The one employee that was very professional and very caring was Ben, the vet tech.

Great vet! They treated my kitty like he was their own and spent a good amount of time with us. 10/10

I love this office. I feel like I'm visiting friends when I take my dogs there. The front desk, the vet techs, all the various assistants and the vets treat my girls with love and affection. I have had 2 different foster dogs that would pull away from me to go around the front desk to great those behind the desk. That's always a good sign. No fear of being there.

Dr. Liz and her attentive staff have been exceptional for the many years my pets have been visiting Spanish Trail Vet. My little cream dachshund experienced a medial emergencey 9 yrs ago. Through the help of Dr. Liz, my little one had the best care! She is not rushed when doing exams and answering my questions. My dogs love her and her gentle care. Her staff welcomes you at the front desk & has great communication about your bill and return visits. I would highly recommend them!

Amazing! Dr. Liz and all the employees are so wonderful and made my fur baby, Gigi, feel so loved. They take great care of your pets and you as a pet parent. Thanks a million!

Thoughtful, detailed, very caring staff. Ive been going to them since 2009. Send reminders for my fur baby each year. The way they were with me and my furbaby Ginger Maribelle when she passed, I'll never forget. They gave me a grace period to grieve and select her cremation package.care package.they authentically care.

I have nothing but applauds for the staff and doctors at Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital. They truly CARE for every animal that walks through their doors. Dr. Armani and Dr. Day helped my rescue dog, Merwyn, go through the full heartworm treatment with so much care and education about the process before and during. After that, Dr. Armani helped me find a traveling dental specialist to get Merwyn's chronic tooth decay in check.

I believe my pet is in the best care when they're at STVH. I am also in awe of their preparedness and ability to pivot their daily operations regarding the fluctuations of COVID cases in our area. I truly appreciate your concern for your human clients as well as their pets.

We LOVE Dr. Tringas and the entire staff. They are so kind and professional. They saved our dog's life and went above and beyond to take care of him. Truly genuine, good people. The BEST vet!

Dr. Liz Tringas has been one of the best vets I have come across. She is dedicated, kind, and flexible with each pet and owner she works with. I am incredibly thankful for her and she has set the bar high. I recently moved away from Pensacola and can say with certainty she is one of the things I miss most about Pensacola. Outside of Dr. Liz the staff and vet techs are wonderful at Spanish trail. I have never had a negative experience and always feel welcome and calmed by each person I interact with. We only trust our babies (1 dog and 2 cats) with the folks at Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital! We have routinely seen Dr. Liz and Dr. Armani over the past five years and have always had very positive experiences. All of our babies are happy and healthy due to the care that they receive there. I would never choose to go anywhere else. We no longer live nearby, but I gladly make the 20+ minute drive across town for them to be seen there. We love them all!

We recently switched to this vet clinic. Dr Armani is very thorough when going over details of our animal's exams. I like the curbside service & prefer it over waiting in a lobby. The techs are all very nice and you can tell they all have a passion for animals. We are very pleased with our decision to switch to this vet clinic.

I brought my dog in for some seasonal allergies. They were quick, kind, and very gentle. They came to my car, got my dog, gave me a quick form to fill out, and within 10 minutes the doctor was calling me to go over his evaluation and the plan for his care. I was able to get the visit and a flea/heart medicine combo for right around $135. Not bad! Definitely am looking forward to continuing my care with them.

Dr. Armani & staff are caring, professional and sincere. She goes above and beyond what other vets have done in regards to Pet's health and safety. For us, our dog was diagnosed with a rare internal medical issue and Dr. Armani took it upon herself to do her research with other professionals in her industry for learn more and call us, which she didn't have to do, to explain all of our options, and make us feel at ease.

She truly cared about the pet's health and interest as well as the reality of us as the owners. This was proven in each of our previous pet visits when it came to talks about medicine and prescriptions. The front staff is helpful and gentle. Thank you Dr. Armani & staff.
