Kudos to Norwood Animal Clinic! They have the best staff. Dr. Ben is amazing. I am so happy with the care my cat receives.

I brought my 2 year old shiba inu here, who previously did not do good at another vet. Dr Ben, and his tech Abby did PHENOMENAL at making her feel comfortable, and loved. Gave her numerous treats (with our okay) and plenty of pets. Our previous vet required bloodwork every 6 months for a medications she used to be on, and we were asking about bloodwork. Dr. bend went through a few questions with us, and explained how she doesn't fit the criteria for bloodwork, however if we wanted it he would be more than willing.

My kiddo loved it there. We've recently been back for our recheck exam (free of charge - unlike any vet in the area) and she did great yet again. She loves it here which makes us love it here. Norwood takes your considerations into play, along with your worries, and your pets care. We are so happy we have found this vet.

I like this clinic. They were nice to my pets. They made me feel comfortable with the knowledge they gave me. They didn't try to force me to do anything I didn't want to. They are more on the pricier side so make sure you bring your check book! The pricing is the only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars.

My 15 year old cat was fairly happy to meet Dr. BEN. he really did behave better at Norwood than other clinics in Osage Beach MO. We moved here last Fall and I'm thrilled Dr. Ben is so good with Sylvester. Clean office and great staff. Abby was charming as she spoke to Kitty.

Dr Ben and his staff got my Lucy in same day with allergy issues and came up with an excellent plan on how we can try to improve her quality of life. Allergies are just so miserable and Dr Ben took the time listing all options and was very thorough explaining everything. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. My little Lucy was walking around the office like queen sheba before we left. Thanks Norwood Team!

Dr. Blandin and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They care for our puppy as if he was their own pet. All of our questions are answered every time we go and we feel at ease knowing our puppy is in great hands. Little Giannis loves everyone there too! I wouldn't take our little guy anywhere else!

The curbside help was amazing. The vets were very careful when handling my cats. Shots were not badly priced either!

We've been bringing our fur babies to Norwood for over 20 years. Dr. Ben is as amazing as all the others we've had at Norwood. Top notch! And techs and office staff so easy to work with.love you all. I love your newly renovated office and exam rooms! By the way, Sadie (our newest addition) told me she loves all of you. She was a little scared when we arrived for her annual this week but after getting such good attention she was calm when we left. Keep up the great work, we can tell you really care about our precious fur babies!

I cannot recommend this clinic enough. The staff is very kind and compassionate. They always take the time to explain everything and let me make choices for myself. They have also been really supportive since my cat was diagnosed with diabetes, taking time to educate me on dosing techniques and making sure my cat is comfortable and updating me with any new information as necessary. I find their prices to be very competitive and they have made great recommendations on the local pet pharmacy.

Dr. Ben and Ella were fantastic with our little puppy! They made it a very pleasant experience for both him and us as first time pawrents. And we learned what treats our little guy goes nuts for!

Angel came to us as a rescue at 5 years old, she is now six. We took her to Norwood for a check up and all her vaccinations. The Dr. and the vet. techs were very kind and gentle and answered all of our questions about Angel. A year later and the team was great with us and Angel. Thank You for all you do for us.

Take our German Shepard here and he loves it! Staff is amazing and isn't afraid to work with this breed as opposed to other places we have looked to get our GSD in as a puppy. Helpful with questions and scheduling appointments right away! Recommend this place! We have been going here for years. Had our cat go here years before and this is what made us come back with our dog.

I called several vet clinics and got quotes and looked at reviews. I chose to go with Norwood because based on price and the outstanding reviews I found online, they seemed the best. I set the appointment and told the receptionist what we needed, and she gave me a quote based on that. My husband took our dog in and when he came home, I found out bill to be double what I was quoted.

They did a test that they told him was required for their facility on all animals. I was not told about this $65 test when I called. People must be told about this requirement and notes should be taken on what an animal is coming in for. Our dog also received two vaccines we did not want or need along with some pills which we did not want. Please be ware the price goes up.

When Miracle came to us she was the only puppy that survive, she back legs were very weak is is 4 months now the Doctor took x-ray and there was no signs of broken or shows no abuse towards her. They gave us bone meds she has she shots but there's more shots coming up. We thank you Dr Pete and Staffing were see you soon.

My wife recently just got a puppy from her grandson and come to find out that she was the last puppy but the mother ate the other puppies so her name is miracle we got her past Friday and we wanted to make sure everything was fine so we took her to the Northwood animal clinic there was polite gentle that assist me with insurance for my puppy it was kind of costy but as it is what it is but I would recommend Northwood animal clinic to anyone that had a pet did a good job on miracle she got her shots and everything is good

Dr Ben and entire staff are always professional. The interaction with our new puppy was caring and all our concerns were answered. We have been using Norwood for many years and never had any problems. Our puppy actually had a fun time on his first visit. We have recommended Norwood to a few of our neighbors and have had positive feedback from them.

I was very happy with Norwood since my initial phone call. The woman who took my call was very kind, helpful, and was happy to answer questions with great detail which I appreciate a lot. My dogs first visit went very well, Dr. Ben was very professional, kind, and did a great job in instilling confidence that my dog is healthy. The experience was also very efficient from arrival to check out, and the prices are right on. This experience has made them my go-to vet and I will recommend them to anyone in need. I was also referred by 2 others that had great experiences on more serious visits.
