We offer a wide variety of medications to keep your pet happy and healthy. Our in-house pet pharmacy is stocked with parasite preventatives and prescription medications used to treat injuries and illnesses of all kinds. Our goal is to save you time and get your pet back on the road to recovery fast.
At Crestview Animal Hospital we believe that it's very important for your pet to have annual wellness blood work done. Having these tests performed at annual intervals gives us a good baseline of important information. Our hope is that many of our blood panels will return with normal results. This set of values is what we call our "baseline" so that if your pet returns and is sick for any reason we can compare back to these results. While a lot of our results will be normal, many times we find underlying issues before you would notice any changes at home.
The Crestview Rehabilitation and Fitness Center was born from the desire to give our patients a healthier, happier life! Whether your pet is recovering from a surgical procedure, getting older in age, or maybe a little overweight, our rehabilitation and fitness center can help! Our certified rehabilitation staff can recommend a number of treatments including laser or manual therapies, conditioning exercises or our state-of-the-art low impact hydrotherapy. We'll create a treatment plan designed for your pet's specific needs.

Wouldn't take Bailey anywhere else. Love Dr McGruder and the whole staff. Office staff very welcoming, office is always very clean, and Bailey is always well cared for.

This animal hospital banned me due to writing an honest and true review, please read below: I will never be back. My baby was getting treated for cholangioheptatis from another vet, I went here as an emergency to check her feeding tube. Thankfully the tube was fine. They immediately took x-rays before checking the sound in her tube which is what I asked.

You know, trying to immediately upcharge people. Anytime I go there they ask to do something to upcharge even when there are no issues. And I've been there for my other fur babies, they do diddly squat. The vet tech Sarah on the phone was snotty, rude, and sarcastic, these are not empathic people. The receptionists have been rude several times to me and my mom.

The vets don't fully check your pet, they leave you with little to no information or basic information that you could quite frankly, find out on your own. They gave no advice because after I told them I don't feel like I should be responsible for x-rays, since SARAH did not tell the vet to check the tube. Yes they removed the x-ray charges, but it doesn't excuse them.

I should have trusted my instincts to never go here again. Also they gave me no further info on what the x-ray said. Well she passed away (mind you I took her there yesterday) suddenly last night and yes, I particularly blame this vet for giving me no information on her heart, her vitals, etc. Nothing. I advise you don't go here. Reply back to your letter and reply review: This clinic literally turns words around and tries to act like their a trustable practice for people to bring their pets.

This place literally would not discuss talking about my cat LAYLA. They keep saying "your kitten" which is incorrect, she was an adult cat, 8 years old. They must have gotten their notes wrong because my "kitten" Primrose has been there ONCE. So keep referring to the wrong cat, very professional If you ever write a poor review on this place, they will immediately send a letter how you're not allowed back and try to dispute any true facts.

Very immature place and irresponsible for their actions. I asked the vet tech about checking the sound of the tube before they decide to go ahead and immediately take x-rays. which they didn't. They wouldn't ask any questions when I arrived, took Layla the second she was there and took x-rays without asking or getting my consent. They were rude and said I was concerned about the money?

That's the last thing I'm worried about but if you're going to assume she needs x-rays before you check her, yeah I'm going to be infuriated. There are much better vet clinics out there, please don't waste your time or money here. GO TO BARANIK ANIMAL CARE IN SUWANEE GEORGIA. They are the ultimate best and love each and every pet that comes in. They even sent me a condolence letter for her.

And what does Crestview do? Sent me a letter after my pet passes about how I'm banned and can't come back to their awful practice. DO YOU THINK I WAS PLANNING ON COMING BACK? Not a chance.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I went into the wrong door with one of the dogs I sit for who approached and was bit by a copperhead. They walked me to the right place and because we called ahead and had an account there they escorted us right back and were seen within minutes. Great place. Dog is ok.

Very professional and kind to their customers and the pets they bring, haven't had a bad experience with them in the 6 visits I've done for my pets. They ask every question possible to learn more about your pet so they can treat them properly and thoroughly

As always, excellent customer service. Techs and Doctors are extremely knowledgeable, address my concerns and answer my questions, and most importantly.make my dogs (St. Bernard & Golden Retriever and 6 Rescue puppy cats!) Feel at ease and comfortable with their excellent "bedside manner" during their visits.

Crestview is wonderful as my dog has been in pain with meds and has taken almost 2 weeks to recover, but getting much better. Took him for his first cold laser therapy session today and already walking better. Extremely caring staff that knows what to do. We still have 5 more sessions of therapy, but should be chasing the birds again soon! Definately 5 stars!

I highly recommend Crestview if you have Giant/XL breed dogs and if you have pocket animals(Guinea Pigs). The staff and doctors treat all my boys with such kindness and care. I love them for that and highly recommend them. I have a special needs, senior giant breed dog whom I swear is there almost daily the last couple months. They couldn't be any nicer to me and to my boys. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs.

I needed to use them to stabilize my Doberman during bloat. I had called my dobermans regular vet at the time (Bethal Animal Hospital) who told me just to go to emergency vet when he's 3 minutes away at 5:31pm. I called Crestview on the way since they're 10mins+ out. They were able to help for (15-20 minutes+)? To get him stabilized to give us more time to get down to All Pets Emergency vet.

They were very helpful and just great bedside manner in helping save my doberman. I transferred all my dobermans records back to them because of the helpfulness they showed. I've worked at vets before and I could tell the Dr who helped was someone who understands. She also called after we got home from the Emergency vet to check in after talking with them too. We will make a follow up appointment with them after he heals.

I took in my dog about a year ago because he was not feeling well and started to have a skin problem, the vets said he was perfectly fine and didn't find anything, a few month later we took him in because he started peeing himself and still nothing. When vets came to our home to euthanize our pet they said he could've possibly had cancer from just looking at my dog. Do not waste your money here.

I brought my cat in for the first time last week for an issue that I couldn't really pinpoint. They let me drop her off at the beginning of the day and had a technician and the doctor meet with me before leaving her there for the day. I met with the doctor when I got there that afternoon to pick her up. He spent a lot of time explaining everything to me.

They did not charge an absurd amount for the office visit or for keeping her through the day. I'm not sure why people take their animals to a vet and don't expect to pay. The staff was great and they did a great job.
