We have been taking our vehicles to North Brady for over 5 years. We have had 3 different brands, Saab-93, Volvo S70, and Mercedes-Benz 350CLK. Steve and his crew have always been down to earth, honest, and reasonable. They always seem to manage to get the car in when we need to. The whole crew truly goes the extra mile for their clients. Highly recommend!

Very Unprofessional!!!! Had to put my cat Misty to sleep and they were supposed to give me her paw print and a lock of her hair, and Alisa C. lied! Pretty messed up to say we were going to get those while my husband and I and our son were grieving her death and my son was going to put her ashes, paw print and her lock of hair up in his room because that was his favorite cat, his best friend!! She had no problem shoving the card reader in my husband's face while we were crying but couldn't do her job which was to make sure we had Misty's paw print and lock of her hair. So beware when you go here if you have to!

If I could give it a zero stars, I would. My driver's window wouldn't roll up anymore, so they left it uncovered. (I don't even know why they needed the window down in the first place.) Came this morning to pay and pick up my car. I found snow piled inside the car which caused my leather seats to be ruined! They couldn't even cover it up with cardboard or a trash bag!

When I asked about it the guy's response was "we tried to roll it up and we don't have anything to cover it." So you are telling me you couldn't find a trash bag or a piece of cardboard to cover the window? Worse place possible. Oh and I just paid $172 so they can tell me they don't really know what's wrong with my car BUT they HIGHLY recommend me to pay $600+ for a car part that they "think" could solve my problem. I would never bring my Audi S4 back here again. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I didn't have to go there after all, but, they were polite and fun over the phone and helpful. I have an Infinity EX 35 and difficult to find someone to work on. They were going to get me in immediately and no problem working on my car.

My fiancé & I had to put our beloved Diesel down last Friday. Being young and my fiancé and I having to make that decision wasn’t easy, but this place helped as much as they could. They talked us through it, talked Diesel through it, went slow and was very professional. They didn’t rush my fiancé & I when we were spending our last moments with our boy. I highly recommend this vet. My cats go here and my dog Bronx has been changed to this vet. Thank you Animal Family to ALL of your staff for helping during that horrible day.

AFVCC took my pup in and worked to get him better. They were professional, kind and compassionate! Very thorough with discharge instruction. So appreciate the staff and doctors. Highly recommend

The doctors and staff are top notch. Brought our cat in to see what was wrong to find out he had cancer. They were all very compassionate and allowed us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. He crossed the rainbow bridge and is now watching over us. Thank you to doctors and staff!

I asked the owner to prime the oil filter for my 2002 audi quattro and he obliged. I also asked them to make sure not to overfill oil because turbos are sensitive since valvoline guys did that and north brady used the right oil and I felt everything was quite professional and am Service: Oil change

I have been taking my cars to these guys since 2016. I have been through a few cars since then. They have been able to fix anything from Ford to Honda. I have recommended these guys to everybody. They have always been fair, friendly and priced appropriately.

These guys are amazing, always straight shooters and get the job done fast and professionally. I have an 05 Nissan Titan and they always take great care of the car. I have been taking my truck and past car there for a year or two now and have never been disappointed with them. Stan and the guys at the shop are the best around!
