Great Staff ! Dr Charles Steinman is a great guy. I like his demeanor and his knowledge with animals is excellent.
We started bringing our “flea market” pups there and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Coco was really sick. She needed surgery right away. Dr. Tim and Dr. Rivera got her in the same day and took amazing care of her. I was really upset and the staff was very comforting. The cost was much lower than several other places which was life-saving for us. She's doing great now We are extremely grateful.

I forget the vet's name but he was pretty dope. Bed side manner isn't that great but he knows his shiz. The rest of the staff were so nice and the hole process from intake to check out was pleasant. Price wasn't so bad either.

What can I say? The staff and facility are nothing short of amazing. My Diesel loves going here. It's one stop shop! He gets his physical, bath, nails clipped, boarding services and emergency visits all in one place. The staff are super loving and caring toward your pet. Many of them have been there for years. My dog is very strong so they have notes and know exactly which staff are able to safely handle him. Diesel hates getting his nails trimmed but somehow Todd has the magic touch. Debbie is able to calm him when he's overly excited as well.

When we pull up, he knows exactly where we are. Diesel is always happy to go in the building. IMO, the services are reasonably priced. But then again, I won't go anyplace else so I really wouldn't know. Just do yourself a favor, use their services. You won't be disappointed! They rock!

I had to put my baby to sleep today. The vet and staff went above and beyond to make it as easy on me and my dog as possible. I cannot express enough how great they were and how much I appreciated it. Dr. Suzanne Ford and all of the assistants deserve recognition.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've had to interact with them twice in past week. The front desk has taken it upon themselves to demean me and give their own opinions on what I should do, with very limited information and lacking a significant amount of context, rather than allowing the vet to answer the concerns I have (this has been over the phone). Absolutely do not recommend this location (South Rowan is fantastic).

Our cat wasn't feeling well and had to take her down. She spent the night and is home now feeling so much better. The clinic and staff are really nice. Such a nice place for your pets.

After 16+ years of 24/7 unconditional love, our peek-a-poo "Rudder" left the pain of her little worn-out body and heart failure behind. Although our hearts were broken, the genuine compassion and reassuring counsel provided by Dr. Tim as well as a very caring, empathetic & helpful staff helped lighten the emotional load we were experiencing. Special thanks to special folks who care well for animals as well as for their "families"!

We have been here for pet care, emergency care, unexpected week stay of medical care and had our first rescue euthanized. Every time the care is focused on your animals best interest no matter the situation. Dr Stieman is the most amazing vet I have ever met. I would highly recommend this office for any and all pet needs and care!
