Dr. Gross is excellent, Jackie is very knowledgeable and helpful, Lorie is awesome and the rest of the staff is great. I would definitely recommend them for any needs your pet might have.

My baby girl Lola is an older chow/lab mix who is very attached to her humans and is very anxious around other people and environments. Best Friends Animal Hospital groomer was very patient with her and Lola's summer cut came out perfect. Lola looks adorable! I appreciate the staff especially the groomer for showing her such kindness and care.

My wife and I moved here from Chicago in Sept. We couldn't be happier with the services Best Friends offers. The entire staff treats our fur baby's like their own. Titan our dog and Mikey our cat gives 2 paws up! Keep up the amazing work you guys do.

We called to make an appointment and explained we needed to get paperwork signed to travel with our dog out of country, they said ok, no problem, and set up the appointment. Got there, they did the check-up, confirmed dog was healthy and able to travel, but refused to sign paperwork with no reasonable explanation. Could have said so over the phone instead of making us waste time.

We've been taking our dog, Luc, to Best Friends for about 2 years. Covid protocols were awful for everyone, but now we are actually allowed to be with him for his semi-annual visits. Dr George seems to be a great veterinarian. She checked him out, asked lots of questions about his health and routine. We are very pleased with the care he receives there.

Dr. Gross is very compassionate, explains all the options for an acute problem and values your input. Not just wanting to do expensive tests. I really appreciated the time she took to go over our treatment plan.

Dr Gross was able to quickly diagnose the issue for our greyhound, and the treatment she provided brought him immediate relief. We're very thankful for the great care she took of our four legged family member.

Woke up one morning and found our dog vomiting. Called the office to see if they could squeeze him in to be checked. They were able to see him about an hour after I called. They took the time to explain what tests they would run, how much it would cost, and speculated on what it could be. They were very professional and I did not feel as if they were "rushing" us out the door. Thank you for helping our family pet in his time of need.

Best Friends animal hospital is a wonderful place to care for your pet. The staff is wonderful. I always feel that my little girl is in the best hands when I leave her with them. It's never hard to get an appointment especially when theirs an emergency.

Fynn, my furry baby, doesn't like the doctor. They have given us a, "chill, " protocol to calm him before he comes to see them. He still doesn't love them, but the doctor commented, as I apologized for him, "Every dog is do-able."

Great visit. We have 3 cats and it has always seemed expensive, but we love the closeness to our home, Dr. George and the care or girls get.

Dr. Scott is so wonderful! I'm a bit of a worry-wart when it comes to the health of my fur baby, so it's really comforting to have someone so professional, kind, and reassuring like Dr. Scott. She gave me peace of mind when my fur baby hurt his craws and she showered me and my fur baby with compliments, which goes a long way because I had a bad experience with the previous vet I went to at Gulf Coast Humane Society Vet clinic. Dr. Scott addressed all my concerns and I trust her because she was fully transparent with me and didn't pressure me to buy anything that wasn't needed for my pet (which my old vet did). Only downside is the prices are a little high but worth it, considering the high-quality care that Dr. Scott provides.

Been taking our dogs there for years, and the service just keeps getting worse. Always brushes off issues they don't want to deal with. I have a dachshund that has a mammary mass, they have been telling me for a long time its nothing to worry about. Now yesterday we take the same dog in due to her back and they claim her mammary is fine, but when we get referred to a neurologist for her back surgery thay tell us that her mammary is a tumor. Thanks alot best friends for being unconcerned for the animals you spent years studying about, but only care when it's convenient for you to care.

The care and compassion the staff showed towards me and my pet was extremely impressive. I was very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!
