Thank you to all the wonderful staff, technicians and veterinarians who took care of our Bella in her final two years of life. We adopted her when she was 11, and were able to give her three happy retirement years. Special thanks to Dr Katie Marcus, who took care of Bella's teeth, and to Dr Jill Palmer who took care of Bella, in her last hours, with such kindness and compassion. Cheers to the Littles and their Giant personalities! RIP Bella Boo (Jan 2007-Nov 2020)

My husband and I have used Frontier for approximate 10-12 years. First 2 cats were Gracie and Mikey and now we have BoBo and Purrcy. Frontier staff have always been helpful and kind and very gentle with our fur babies. They comforted us when it was time for Gracie and Mikey to say goodbye and are now partners in helping us give the best care to BoBo and Purrcy. We could not ask for better Vets.

My partner and I are new puppy owners, and we brought her into Frontier Veterinary Hospital after recommendations from family friends. I was so impressed! Check-in was easy, and the sectioned off "waiting rooms" are awesome. Loved being able to pay on the spot in the exam room, too! There's even an exit door on the side of the building so you don't have to pass by other patients in the lobby. Dr. Sheryl was knowledgeable, helpful, and great with our little one.
She didn't force (immunizations, medications, etc.) anything onto us which was so appreciated. She discussed different options with us and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. So happy we chose Frontier for our puppy's care!

Had an urgent need for my Pup. He had an issue with one of his toe pads. The online scheduling system only had dates for over a month away. that's a long time for a dog to be on a sore foot. I gave them.a call and they were able to squeeze me in with their already overloaded day. All the ladies that helped us from check in to check out were amazing!.
Super friendly, very good at explaining what and why, and treated him with the utmost care. (He can be a bit of a handful, and doesn't like his feet messed with). The prescribed him some meds, and did some blood work, and had us out in no time! He is already back to his regular self and seems much much happier!. Good job Frontier Veterinary Hospital. You guys are true professionals and actual care about the pets that come to see you. Thank you!

We had a horrible experience at another vet and couldn't get an appointment anywhere outside of a month. called Frontier and they got us in the same day and gave my Saint Bernard the service she needed! We immediately dropped out old vet and now all of our dogs will be seen here! Great staff and service. Couldn't be happier nor could our dogs Thank you

Our regular vet was non responsive and unable to get my baby in for her emergency. We called Frontier and they gave us an appointment that day. Even as a new client. They were able to take care of her issue ( same day) and very thorough, kind, and genuinely concerned with what was going on. We will now be taking all of our pets here as we got extremely great care from the moment we walked in, til the moment we left. Thank you all for taking care of my sweet girl, Cujo.

I just moved into the area and was having a hard time finding a veterinary clinic that is taking new patients and my dog needed to be seen within the week for pain management. Frontier got me in to see a vet within a couple of days. I have been back twice since then and the staff have been amazing, helpful, friendly and reassuring. My dog is on a good treatment plan, he is very comfortable which makes me happy.

I absolutely love Frontier. Every person I have ever spoken to has been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, professional and empathetic. We adopted our kitty towards the beginning of the pandemic and Frontier was so helpful in getting him in to be neutered and on a journey to getting healthy. I completely trust Dr. Palmer to give us the best care and to give us all the information so we can make an informed decision.
I also use Frontier for boarding when necessary, and feel so comfortable that the care my cat gets is not only top-notch, but with genuine affection. The fact that everyone refers to my cat as a "kiddo" is the cherry on top! We moved recently and I have no plans on going elsewhere.

We had been taking our dog there for two years and at first were happy but the prices have gotten outrageous and the vet care and customer service is horrible.
Anytime we had questions, we were treated as if we were bothering the vet and the assistants. I asked about day to day preventative maintenance for hip/joint problems for labs to see if there was anything we could do early.
They suggested surgeries, tests, shots and prescription pills. They always seems to choose the most expensive options vs. what is good for the health of the animal. The last straw was when our dog was taken there for a non-threatening, non-emergency, pre-existing condition by a local doggy day care and the vet ran all these expensive tests without my knowledge or permission.
I didn't even know my dog was there until I got a hangup call from the vet's office and I called back thinking it was a mis-dial. The receptionist told me my dog was there and wouldn't give me any information. I had to leave work early to go to the vet and they made me wait 30 minutes before I finally threatened to call the police if they didn't give me my dog and tell me what this was all about.
Then they had the nerve to bill me $200 for their unnecessary tests and examinations over a non-threatening, non-emergency pre-existing condition the vet and I already knew about.
