In Light of the new order to slowly reopen we are following the CDC Recommendations for your Safety. To ensure the safety and health of both our team members at Angelcare and yourselves we have set up Virtual Visits with Dr. Melodie Limpach. If for some reason, you do not have a computer handy, then a phone call appointment will be set up instead.

Very disappointed in the service that we were given a few weeks ago. First of all, our dog was an established patient for the past 12 years. Our dog was at the end of life, we were there when they opened. When my husband went in to ask about seeing the doctor, he was not even given the opportunity to explain what was happening or what he needed exactly.
The lady at the front desk cut him off, would not let him speak. She told him they would not be able to see us if we didn't have an appointment. She didn't even offer to consult the doctor. She made the decision not to see us or offer any help whatsoever. We were desperate, our dog was having trouble breathing, could not stand on his own and was in distress.
We knew it was time to end his suffering and as hard as it was to accept that, it was like a slap in the face to be dismissed by the people you trust to care for your family. Yes, we consider our pets as family. In our greatest time of need, we did not receive treatment, care, comfort or sympathy from this office. You would think exceptions would be extended to faithful patients when they need you the most. Dr. Horton would have never let this happen. Needless to say, Troutman Animal Hospital was very helpful, they did not hesitate to help us and got us in immediately. We will NOT be back to Angel Care.

They have a hard time listening to what the customers needs are. They seem to be in the business of selling you what they want you to have. I came for a 6 month supply of Heartgaurd. I got home with a sample of another medicine. Not what was asked for. I had to go back and explain what I was here for again. Maximizing there income. Is not the best practice. Maybe they should do a better job of listening to the customers needs
