They were great! They made a billing mistake and called me to let me know and issued me a credit. I am a new client so that made an impression. The facily is really clean and they have a keurig in the general waiting room. We were there for booster shots and a yearly exam and it probably took us less than an hour from the time we walked in.

I bring my kitty, Millie to Animal Hospital of Howard. Great place, amazing staff. Millie sees Dr. Katie. She is very helpful and so caring. I recommend this place to all of my friends and i entrust my cat is in the best care needed. Very grateful for the staff and Dr. Katie. If you're looking for a place to take your pet, come to Animal Hospital of Howard! Also, when I was worried that my kitty was having trouble breathing (I found out it was a reverse sneeze) the receptionist was able to get me in the next day. Absolutely love their empathy & consideration they have for my girl.

The staff are all very nice and always patient, even when they are clearly quite busy. Never pressure me into anything and lay all my options out for me. Always very transparent about pricing. They follow up quickly. Highly recommend.

Love Dr. Heenan! She is so kind, caring, and thorough. I took my senior dog here for some undetermined leg pain and was very pleased with her treatment plan and recommendations.

My cat abruptly stopped eating, which of course alarmed me. I called six different clinics, and no one was excepting new patients until the end of September. The animal hospital of Howard was the only place that was able to get me in the next day. The nurses and the doctors were extremely kind and careful with my cat. They were thorough and genuinely seemed to care about my cat's health.

First the good: We really like all of the vets and staff at this clinic. They are always very nice and address your concerns when you see them. That, however, is the problem. The last 2 times we have had issues arise we have been given appointments several days off and told that if we don't think we can wait we should go to the emergency clinic. These are not what I would consider acute emergencies - but also not situations that should wait 3 days.

Last time we did go the emergency vet. There are well health clinics in town that only treat routine wellness exams and they have much lower prices. The only reason we have chosen to pay the higher prices of a full service clinic is because you want an established relationship with a vet that you trust if your pet becomes ill. I'm online looking at reviews for other clinics as were are considering changing to another clinic.

Not something I want to do - as I really do like the staff at Animal Hospital of Howard. I hope they consider adding staff so they can provide not only well health but also care for sudden illness.

Dr. A.J. was very sensitive and knowledgeable about Maggie's situation. He listened to our concerns and responded quickly and appropriately. I find that all the Vets and supporting staff are positive, caring and affectionate with our furry family members. I feel very comfortable having Maggie's health in their hands.
