This place was great. They took great care of my bearded dragon when she wouldn't poop. They did all necessary examinations and nothing that wasnt necessary. We received medication and the next day it worked.all without breaking the bank as some other exotic places will do. Thank you to the staff for their knowledge, courtesy and friendliness. We will for sure be back when my beardy needs anything.

Doctor and staff are excellent. My dog has bad skin and ear infection and was quickly diagnosed and prescribed medications. she is back to her old self in no time! Thank you so much!

Dr. Sysel and Dr. Campbell are both wonderful veterinarians whose compassion, dedication, expertise, and "outside the box thinking" have helped my pets tremendously. My terminally ill dog outlived all reasonable expectations in good spirits in no small part because of the wonderful care she received, and when we had no option left but to let her cross the bridge, both doctors were incredibly kind and empathetic and made the process caring and gentle for me and my dog.

My mini Pom injured her leg Monday eve. I called Tuesday morn and they let me bring her right in. Dr Campbell checked her all out and took great care of her. I'm very happy with the whole visit and now she's doing great.

The staff is compassionate, personable and knowledgeable. The doctors take the time to do a thorough exam without trying to add unnecessary testing. I have been to vets that recommended all kinds of blood work, etc on a yearly basis and I would leave feeling guilty because I would have to sign a paper that I refused what I thought was not needed and what was recommended. Martin Downs is the perfect and best place to take your fur babies

This is an amazing clinic with great staff. I very pleased with how friendly all the staff was, and how welcoming they were towards me and my pets. The Dr was very knowledgeable, and took time to answer all questions thoroughly. You can tell everyone there loves animals, and loves working there. Seriously best vet visit ever.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I took my 4 month old maltese to be checked out, and he received 2 vaccines as well as his paws clipped. They made him very comfortable as he didn't bark or give them a hard time while getting taken care of. They were very gentle with him. The technician Cindy as well as the ladies at the front desk were very attentive and welcoming. Also Dr. Powell was nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. Bentley will definitely be back!

We are temporarily using this clinic for our pets until we move overseas. They were so kind to our three dogs and to my husband and I on our first check up visit. We will be using them to provide official paperwork when we travel to the UK. They were very professional, kind and helped us with some pending items. Highly recommend this clinic.

Being new to the area, my DVM daughter reached out to her fellow veterinarian friends for recommendations of where I should take my animals for the best of care. Everyone my daughter reached out to strongly said that Dr. Sysel and Martin Downs Animal Hospital was definitely where I should go. After our introductory visit with Dr. Sysel, I fully understood why she came so highly recommended.

With a loving and caring heart and an extremely thorough and knowledgeable mind (and mindset), Dr. Sysel examined my Yorkie and talked about a plan for her care. The entire staff was not only warm and friendly but also very professional. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Sysel and her staff.

Mia is an older Giant German Shepherd who is now going here and is much happier with life. Our van battery died for leaving the lights on and they even helped us jump start the van. Kind, polite and very helpful. Thank you all!
