Harmony Animal Hospital

We took our new puppy to Harmony Animal Hospital for the first time on 2/8/24. We could not have been happier. The staff was efficient, friendly and thoroughly explained everything to us. Dr Klein was amazing! Thank you for your phenomenal customer service, your kindness and compassion.

What a great Veterinary Office! I called on a Saturday as a new patient and they made sure they got my Golden Retriever “Willow” in right away. Super friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. They will definitely be Willows vet when ever we are in the area.

PetVets is the best. Dr. Cidon saved my dog's life after an x-ray of her back and legs incidentally revealed a mass in her spleen. Dr. Kelleher and Elizabeth in the rehab clinic provided phenomenal care both before and after her CCL surgery, and provided a referral to a top notch (and somewhat more affordable) surgeon in Indiana. You can tell everyone who works at PetVets is in the field because they love animals, and that they always have your fur-baby's best interests at heart.

I'm sure they'd be great if I could ever get in. I called and left a message with a person. They said someone would email me. Never heard back. I signed up for the app and selected an appointment. I got an email back saying that they cancelled my appointment and that I needed to call to make that type of appointment (even though the app lets you make it.) I have not heard back from them.

We have a new puppy coming home and it is encouraged to get them into a vet right away and yet, no one will contact me. My parents have gone to them for years. Beyond frustrated.

Extremely grateful and impressed with PetVets! Found them through a Google search while frantically calling everywhere trying to find a vet for what I figured was an urgent, not emergent, cat situation. They were not only helpful but polite and accommodating to fit us into their very full day. Probably saved my cats life! The phone and front desk staff were so nice and pleasant. The vet was knowledgeable and kind, especially given I was a bit frantic. Highly recommend for any of my pets, my friends or family pets as well. I'll be back!

I cannot express my gratitude to the staff at PetVets for their accommodations to help with my dog. He is not a fan of nail trims and they have been so helpful in getting him to be more calm and more comfortable, that now he can get in and get all of his nails trimmed at once! They are always willing to help and I cannot thank them enough!

My dog had ingested one of the pills I take daily. He is a six pound Pomeranian who is 7 years old. He wasn't moving and could not stand. His heartbeat had gone down to 20beats per min. And he was near death. The vet said he appeared to have been poisoned. With subcutaneous fluids for 3 days, he pulled through the ordeal. He is happy and thriving. I will always be so grateful for the compassionate care we received. I highly recommend them.

My dog was attacked by another dog and when we arrived here. they immediately took care of us! Everyone was super nice and cared about my dog. Prices are reasonable and everyone is very helpful. Thanks to them my dog was able to walk again! Thank you!

I should have wrote this review a year ago when they saved our then newly rescued dog Kobe, after VCA Berwyn misdiagnosed the poor guy. He had been sick for a couple days and after vca took an xray and didn't see anything, they gave him some medicine and told us to give it a couple days. Literally an hour after getting him back home I knew somehting was very wrong. PetVets was kind enough to take him in for an ultrasound that same day and they took him straight into the operating room after what they saw.

It was thought to be one obstruction that turned into 5 total obstructions. Dr. Sachdev and team underwent a 4 hour surgery to remove the obstructions and 10 inches of his intestine. He has made a full recovery and is the happiest of dogs! I cannot recommend PetVets enough. Their team is very thorough and they are the most caring bunch! Much love to PetVets for saving our Kobe's life!

They are the best veterans in the area. Always took great care of all of my dogs especially my Lily she is a bit of a hand full, they give her special attention.

Great customer service! Was not able to get an appointment as they were all booked up for the next couple of days. I did however fill out an appointment request application and wrote down my dog's symptoms, the lady working that day (sorry I did not catch her name) gave me a call back later that same day and apologized for not having any appointments.

She did also mention my dog's symptoms to the doctor and recommended I take him to the emergency room, even offered to give me directions to some hospitals. I really appreciate the call back, you can really tell that they care about your pet's wellbeing!

Great service and very knowledgeable. I felt like the doctor we saw wasn't trying to do extra tests that would've cost us more money, but instead decided to refer us to a specialist because of the symptoms. The doctor also wrote up a long description/report which I have never had at the other 3 perious vets I've visited. Definitely recommend!

My 2 year old healthy guinea pig was referred to Harmony for a sonogram which could not be done at my regular vet. She had a small soft mass under her left nipple.
Dr. Johnston advised removing it and slaying her. She died as they put her under anesthesia. I am devastated ! I have read other reviews under Yelp with similar situations. If I can save just one animal with this warning please go elsewhere. I am devastated.

We had a great experience here today, highly recommend. The staff was very attentive and patient with my anxious pup. If you want to get great care for your animals and feel confident in their ability, please check them out!

Harmony Animal Hospital is in a league of it's own. Our four legged family members see Dr. Clines and Dr. Johnston: both of whom are professional, caring, kind, knowledgeable, up-to-date on clinical and complementary treatments/procedures, and experts in both the art and science of veterinary medicine. Even our most "velcro" pooch is comfortable in the hands of the vets and staff at Harmony, who treat your pets like they treat their own. Harmony looks out for the best interests of your entire family - they never over prescribe, order unnecessary tests, or over charge - you know when they suggest a treatment or procedure it is important and you can trust them.

I searched long and hard after moving down here from NYC for quality medical care for my dogs and Harmony has exceeded my expectations. You'll love everyone from the staff to the nurses to the vets - I couldn't recommend them more!

The staff is wonderful. Every doctor my pets have seen is attentive and thorough. I have never been disappointed in the care my pets receive. This is also the only place I trust to board my dogs.

I brought our bearded dragon for a check up and was so impressed! It’s so difficult to find a vet who specializes in exotics, and they put me right at ease. Each staff member was kind, attentive, and really cared about our baby beardie. Thank you Dr. Sweet and the Harmony team, we have definitely found our vet!

I travel 1 hour each way to visit Harmony. The veterinarians are all great. Dr Cline is the vet I see and he is a great doctor and a kind and caring person. My dog currently has issues and I always want Dr Cline in my corner directing me as to the best course of treatment. The techs and front office people are friendly and know me by name, which makes me feel good. Its worth every minute of the long ride.

Dr heather Johnston is the best, kind hearted, very loving to our Jackson even through he is a pain in the butt, but she always makes him better. And the staff is very sweet her assistant today that brought Jackson out to us was a dear, almost made me cry when she said Jackson put his head on her lap. We were not able to be with him and he went to her for the love cause he was scared. Thank you all so much for all you are doing right now.

Special thanks to Harmony Animal Hospital for all they did to help me and Ruby this morning. Ironically, the not for profit organization (Furry Friends) I had been taking Ruby to for the last couple of months refused to see her but Harmony was amazing in all ways and squeezed her in.(I left Harmony only because of financial reasons with on going visits and Rubys continuing health issues. ) Harmony helped me mentally, physically, financially, and emotionally get through one of the toughest mornings of my life. I have been taking my fur babies to Harmony since before they had an office. Dr. Cox had a mobile unit that has grown into the best animal hospital in Florida. I have never, in over 34 years, had a bad experience there. Their staff is outstanding and caring. They are the best.

I want to shout out how wonderful Dr Sweet and the team at Harmony Animal Hospital showed us and our dog as we sent our precious Gracie over the rainbow. The compassion and hand holding was beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Our hearts are broken, but we will forever be grateful how they guided us every step of the way. I think Dr Sweet is a wonderful, caring, compassionate Doctor. Again so grateful.

Harmony Animal Clinic is the most amazing vet office I've ever been to in my entire life! Dr. Heather Rogers is SO wonderful, compassionate and patient!! She gets on the floor with my dog!! I have asked so many vets over the years if they would mind working with my dog on the floor because as soon as he is put on the table, he freaks out and it's horrible!

They all say no!! I did not even have to ask Dr. Rogers! She truly respected my dog's feeings and she took extra time with him and me. My dog is NOT easy to deal with, probably the worst. He gets vicious because he's so afraid. She was so amazing and wonderful with my doggie. I was surprised at how much time she took to explain everything to me in detail. EVERYONE that works here is so very nice, caring, attentive and compassionate.

You'll never want to take your pet anywhere else after coming here! Also, they perform x-rays on your pet's teeth and gums unlike most other vet offices. Dr. Rogers called me in the middle of my Duncan's procedure and cleaning to let me know how it was going. She knew I was worried about my older dog getting put under general anesthesia. This clinic is amazing! Thank you so much. I am bringing my Angel yorkie next and I feel wonderful bringing her to such a caring, cautious and thorough doctor and such an amazing staff.

I had an emergency with my turtle and this place was fantastic from start to finish. Amazing vet and equally amazing staff. Each and every one of them showed compassion and caring. Being new to Jupiter, I feel so fortunate to have found them. My turtle will be okay and they will be put on speed dial. Can't recommend them highly enough!
