Awesome! From the time you walk in the door! Everyone is so kind and attentive! And the DOC! she shoots straight from the hip! (As we say in Texas). She doesn't sugar coat the diagnosis. That's invaluble to me! Because i need to know whats going on with my baby. Love her! Shes progressive and agressive about treatment. I trust her, completely. At my age you just know.

The pricing is very reasonable, i was surprised. Dookie is 13 now. I feel confidant that if there is any hope of him getting better it will be with Dr. Fondren! Thankyou SOOOOO much. Cat pic below: dookie on right getting moral support from bootie on left. :)

Not sure if this was a Nurse or a doctor but I parked in a spot that had no signs stating not to park. Well it happened to be right in front of this person's car so she couldn't leave. She yelled at me that she couldn't go to lunch because I was parked there. I hosestly read all the signs in the parking lot (there are a lot of signs) Its easy to make a mistake but this women was so upset and yelled right in my face.

I explained that I had no intentions to block her vehicle. It was just a mistake. Well, she threatened me to tow my car blah blah blah. I guess she was really hungry. But mistakes happened. Now I wont make the mistake to take my dog to thia clinic if their care staff is as unprofessional as this lady. Poor animals. No way.

When we moved here from Connecticut almost two years ago, we worried about finding a vet we liked as much as our old one. Dr. Fondren and her staff are above and beyond what we could have imagined. Dr. Fondren takes care of all our pets - a highly trained lab who is a service dog, and our two (used to be three) cats, and even our mother-in-law's cat when she was down from New Hampshire for a visit.

She still calls to check on that cat. When we had to put down our oldest cat who had been with us for 14 years, she and her staff couldn't have been more loving and compassionate. I am so grateful to this clinic and staff.

Dr. Fondren, Stephanie, and Niza and ALL of the techs are wonderful. They treat my pets like family and all animals in the family see them. They are so loving and take the time to get to know my dog and take good care of her. I refer all of my friends and family to Fondren pet care. They truly love animals and know how to make them feel comfortable and healthy. Dr. Fondren is very fair and treats my dog with the best care. Stephanie and Niza have always been so accommodating and helpful with appointments, prescriptions, and loving my mix breed rescue girl. Dr. Fondren is very detailed and doesn't miss anything. If you love your pets, take them to Fondren Pet Care! 10/5 stars!

Dr. Fondren and the staff at Fondren Pet Care Center are absolutely wonderful! They have provided top-notch care to my family pets for 15+ years. I'm thankful to have met this wonderful, smart group of people - especially Dr. Fondren. She's treated me and my senior dog like family from the very beginning.

Have been with Fondren for a while. The attitude and respect Dr. Fondren has shown my family over the years has deteriorated was incredibly unprofessional. Recently, she patronized and scolded my mother. This was the last straw in dealing with her flawed, primitive, and amateurish behavior. Two stars because the vet assistants and techs are sweet and never had a problem with the actual services Dr. Fondren provides. but her behavior is inexcusable. I hope you learn to treat your clients with respect.

My two dogs have been treated by Dr, Mary Fondren for the past years. Never before have I encountered a more thorough diagnostician and provider of care for my beloved dogs, one of whom suffers from diabetes and frequent pancreatitis. Her compassion and dedication extends far beyond what might be expected. Last week, in order to keep my pet out of the hospital, she treated her daily, and came in even on her day off!

I appreciate her honesty, integrity and genuine concern for my dogs and her wonderful straightforward approach to working with me, the owner. She has a fantastic staff! It is clear how much they love the animals and their work. They are responsive to questions and offer direction and guidance when needed. Staff here are knowledgeable, kind and considerate to all animals! I just moved to the area and wanted to find a vet who felt like family! I did and I definitely recommend them to take care of your fur babies!

Friendly, professional veterinarian care. Staff is friendly and welcoming, love animals and make the experience nice and comfortable. Our dogs are not scared or anxious when they go. After two other vets, I now have what I need in a vet.

My family and I have been bringing our dogs to see Dr. Fondren since we moved to Florida in 2015. We were a little nervous when moving down because we wanted the best care for our older Jack Russell, and after a short time on the waiting list we fell in love with the facility. Everyone is a pleasure to deal with. Reception is great and always greet us when we walk in.

The vet techs are gentle and knowledgeable, and Dr. Fondren is professional and gets right to the point when it comes to proper care for your animal. We recently purchased a puppy from Miami who was unfortunately underage and slightly malnourished (with worms). Dr. Fondren and her staff got Maya on the right track and she's now doing great! They were also able to recommend qualified trainers to help with obedience. I highly recommend Fondren Pet Care Center.

I've been bringing my dog here for years. I live over an hour away now and still make the drive because they're worth it. From the front desk staff (who always have treats ready), to the techs (who care for your pet like their own), to Dr. Fondren (plain and simple-the best), the staff offers great service and expertise. They've handled routine visits, surprise injuries and complicated surgeries with ease by clearly explaining treatments and following through professionally and compassionately. Thankful I found them!

Dr fondren is the best. She's not cheap but you get what you pay for. She is very very attentive and hands on with her "client". Have a bacterial infection on my Yellow labs skin that no other vet has handled correctly. We are still working on it but i know dr fondren will get it taken care of. Friendly staff that clearly loves animals. Would highly recommend

I have used Dr. Fondren and her staff for over 15 years. While this hard to write I think it is important to mention the exceptional care that my beloved "Charley" and myself received when it was time to send "Charley'" on his journey to the rainbow bridge. Dr. Fondren was very gentle and respectful in caring for Charley. She stayed long after the office closed (3 hours) to not only make Charley comfortable till the end but also to help me come to the painful decision that it was best for him to let him go and after he had passed, she stayed with me till I was ready to leave.

It was past 9pm when she finally left for the day, and it was her birthday. What a remarkable doctor with an eaqually remarkable staff who was crying as much as I was. It's been 10 months and I'm happy to say that I have adopted a new puppy, who will be under Dr. Fondren's care for his lifetime, I wouldn't consider anyone else.

I just moved to Florida from the west coast a few months ago, just me and my 2 cats Pumpkin and Ginger. I didn't even know anyone in the area and my sweet 17 years old Pumpkin got very sick. I was devastated. I found Dr. Fondren on Yelp and when I read the reviews I knew they would be good. I went in this past Friday. When I went in, I had been crying all day because I knew something was seriously wrong with precious Pumpkin.

I cried through the whole exam and Dr. Fondren and her excellent team made me feel comfortable and nurtured. It ended up being the most difficult of my life as it was time for Pumpkin to go to heaven. I felt like my heart was shattering into a million pieces. I had such an amazing relationship with Pumpkin that imagining life without him is overwhelming.

They helped me send Pumpkin off to heaven with such grace and kindness and dignity for him. They brought him warm blankets to soothe and nurture him and gave me all the time I needed to hold my sweet boy and say goodbye to my best friend. I want to thank Dr. Fondren, her excellent staff from the kind vet techs to the wonderful front desk lady (I'm sorry as I have forgotten her name.) They helped this most difficult day be much easier with their kindness for me and Pumpkin. Thank you.
