Our dog has seizures and has been on Phenobarbital for three years now and all of a sudden the vet is denying his refill prescription. He is out of the medicine and now at risk for further seizures. How can this be? How can a vet refuse the dog seizure medicine when it is clearly in his records. We have been trying to call them for three days and are not getting anywhere. This is ridiculous. If our dog has a seizure due to the medicine delay they will have a huge issue on their hands.

I called on Saturday to try to get an appointment for Tuesday and was told they had an opening within a couple of hours if I wanted to come in. With my dog having a potential ear infection I jumped at the appointment. As always everyone in the office was great to work with. The vet explained what she was going to do and why. After the exam and testing she explained what she found what the treatment was and offered some advice on how to avoid this from happening in the future.

Dr. Anderson is an incredible equine vet. I have used a lot of vets across Texas and I was impressed by his knowledge and care in just one visit. He came out just to do yearly vaccinations for my mare but was able to help me immensely with advice for my mare who was recovering from EPM. He even called me the following morning to check up on my mare. And he was able to squeeze me in for a next day appointment. All around a great experience and would recommend to all equine owners in the North Texas area.

I've been bringing my cats here for the last year and a half and I could not be happier with my experience. Both of them have passed on now, but Dr. Dailey and the staff were so competent and helpful, especially in end-of-life matters. I trusted them wholeheartedly to care for my cats as if they were their own, and they did a phenomenal job with my old guys.
They were very compassionate to us when my cats passed away, and they made time for us when we really needed it. I could not recommend them more, and if I get another cat, I will be bringing him here.

So glad I was finally able to find a good vet close to home. Was really worried about my dog but they were able to get us in at the last minute. The receptionist was so helpful, Emily the vet tech took phenomenal care of my dog throughout the whole visit and Dr. Bitter gave great advice on how to treat my dog's problems. I'm so grateful for everyone that helped me today and would highly recommend taking your pet here.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Greet customers and pets and try to get pet seen quickly. My dog loves the staff and is always happy to get seen. Have seen one vet go out of his way to help people, including going outside if needed. Fees are comparable to what I was paying in Universal City at a much less than fancy clinic.

The Doctors and staff are all very friendly and really care for the animals. Dr. Diaz is amazing and has helped our dog with severe allergies so much. I love that there are numerous vets on staff, so that even if your regular Dr is not in on a certain day, there is almost always one who can see you if you have a time sensitive issue.

In one word "excellent!" The first time I took Elmo Dr Gray diagnosed Elmo with heart issues and with one X-ray there it was an enlarged heart which another vet from another clinic did not catch. Dr Gray also found a mass in his mouth. If it was not for this Gray, Elmo would have suffered and may not be alive today. Dr Gray is kind, compassionate, and will spend as much time as you need to discuss your dogs diagnosis and needs. In fact, everyone there is just awesome. I cannot say enough about them.

After dealing with a vet in Dallas that honestly didn't care at all. I decided to go to a different vet. I heard very good things about argyle vet clinic so I decided to check them out and I'm glad I did. The vet was very Informative and really took the time to care for my dog. It's definitely a place I will continue to go no matter how far or long my drive is.

Our beloved boxer passed away the day after Christmas, and I called several different pet hospitals for help, but none were available. I called Blue Pearl, and everyone that I spoke with over the phone and in person was so caring and compassionate. I wish I would have found their number 1st. Their help and guidance during our sorrow of losing our baby was truly heart felt. They went above and beyond, and highly recommend them.

This is a very busy practice. Despite the overwhelming need in our area, they are always so patient and wonderful. Years ago, our small dog was attacked. Dr Royse let us bring him in when we were not established patients. He saved our dog in surgery that day and we had many more years with Benji. They helped us diagnose Cushing's disease and care for him through the end of his life. It's overwhelming to think of their kindness, attunement, care, and skill.
They have always made room for us, and we are so grateful. This review is just one small way we can say thank you. They are the unsung heroes of Argyle, Texas. I know this work is hard, and they show up on the hardest days of our lives to be present and offer help. What a blessing to have them in our little corner of the world.

There is so many words to say about this vet clinic. We just had to let our 14 year old dog go this past weekend and it was the compassion, patience and all that helped me through all of this. We were able to keep in contact with our vet letting him know when it was time. We went shortly after they had closed and assured me it was time and I was making the best choice.
I left that appointment without having to worry about payment. These things are what it's all about. Being human during these incredible painful times. Thank you Dr. Ryan Royse foe being there for me.

We moved to Lantana prior to the pandemic and needed a Vet. We have an 11 year old Golden Retriever and we love him to pieces. Finding the right Vet was extremely important to us. We researched and asked around and really liked what we read and saw on their website regarding all of the services that they offered and their approach. Everybody that we have met is awesome and so kind and understanding even to this over the top, neurotic, dog mom. Maddie especially made me feel comfortable during our first phone conversation. Dr. Bitters is awesome! And, most importantly, our sweet boy feels loved and is happy there too, tail wagging for sure!

This year we lost both of our beloved pets, having just lost one yesterday. We will always regret that we lived in Argyle when this happened and had trusted Argyle Vet to our pets health care. Dr. O'Conner is the only one we trusted there, but regrettably she is out on maternity leave. They may deserve 5 stars in farm and large animal care, but they deserve a minus zero when it comes to compassion.
They are matter of fact, don't give you an ounce of compassion and you can well bet they ask for payment up front. I can't even look at their facility when I drive down 407. Shame on all of you!
