This was my first time at All Creatures Vet Hospital and everyone starting with the office staff were awesome. I really felt like they cared about my cat Alfie and creating a welcoming experience. The vet and his assistant were excellent answering all my questions. They had suggestions/tips and both had a good sense of humor which helps when you're traveling with a anxious animal. I highly recommend this hospital.

All Creatures Veterinary Hospital has been an incredible ally for us throughout the many years that The Nikki Hospice Foundation for Pets has been taking care of a small colony of community cats. They are professional, very well-qualified and have excellent and caring veterinarians who are not only on the cutting-edge of veterinary medicine, but who also take a personal interest in their animal patients.

As a 501(C)(3) that relies on donations to financially care for its resident kitties, we can truthfully say that All Creatures Veterinary Hospital has done its best to help us in every conceivable way, from providing us with a much-needed discount on their overall services to housing our animals in their clinic for a few extra days when it was warranted. Dr. Linville and Dr. Gill are precious assets to the Vallejo community, and they continue working hard to bring 24/7 veterinary services to fruition as soon as they can.

When that happens, Vallejo will be able to take pride in knowing such dedicated veterinarians are striving to make All Creatures Veterinary Hospital the "go-to" emergency and specialization clinic in our town. We are so grateful to have them so close to us and to have the opportunity to work with such a lovely and devoted staff.

Our visit went as good as it could have! We deeply appreciated them getting our kitty in same-day due to a cancellation and the flexibility to do her dental extraction as soon as possible, rather than waiting. Now she's home and almost completely back to normal two days later. Everyone took such great care with our girl and we're so glad to have found them!

I have been coming to All Creatures since the 90s. The staff has changed and grown but one thing that hasn't changed is that the staff and doctors are amazing. Very helpful staff. Doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. I have had friends tell me about other vets that start every visit with a huge estimate and tons of testing etc. All Creatures is not that office.

They are very reasonable and they listen when you talk to them. That means a lot. They take the necessary route to helping resolve the issue and they listen to your concerns. But, they also start on the conservative end of things where treatment is concerned. That is also something that is hard to find. They are great with my fur babies. I trust them and have referred friends to them who are also very happy with the services, staff and doctors.

The hours are another added perk, Their hours help make it possible for working people to get their fur babies to appointments, pick up prescriptions, etc., This office is a place I trust and recommend. Thank you All Creatures

I like the fact that if I have an emergency with one of my pets they almost always are able to squeeze me in. I also like the fact that they are open late because we all know our pets tend to get sick after 5PM. They do in house blood work so you are able to get most answers on the same day, and helps with starting course of treatment sooner. The staff is very nice and typically follow up the next day to see how the pet is doing.

On the downside I wish they would have better parking available. You have to park on a busy street which makes me nervous when transporting my pet to the office. I would also like to accompany my pet during their appointment. I don't like the fact that I can't go in. Other than that I would recommend them for your pets needs. I've been satisfied thus far.

I had a great experience the first time I took my puppy in. The staff was really nice and I felt the prices were fair. This last visit I left with a feeling that I had been robbed. I took my pup in because he seemed to be in a lot of pain and he wasn't acting like a normal puppy. He Wasn't eating, he was crying in pain, could not longer get up on the couch, and wasn't engaging with my other dog, I was there for about two hours.

The doctor told me he thinks his joints are inflamed and wanted to do an X-ray. I received the invoice and everything added up except for this extra charge that I didn't approve or ask for. It was a "ADDITIONAL FEE FOR STAT REPORT". I asked what it was and the technician said it was to expedite the imaging process. Instead of waiting a month for the results, I would get it by end of night. I haven't received a call. I honestly would of rather waited a month for the image at this point. I shouldn't have to pay $250 dollars for an image I already payed to get.

All Creatures Veterinary Hospital, like all the other vet hospitals I called desperately trying to get an emergency appointment for my kitty, Destiny, who swallowed a long object, was booked out for a couple of weeks. They were very kind and empathetic and told me to bring her anyway and they would fit her in. Cory was so caring and awesome -- he made effort to calm my Destiny, who is a very nervous kitty.

They must have treated her well as this was her first vet visit ever where she didn't nervously urinate in her carrier. They showed me they cared about my kitty and my concern.

My family adopted a 7 year-old Australian shepherd. The previous owners neglected to vaccinate, provide parasite prevention, or basic preventative veterinary care. Dr. Linville, the vet techs, and administrative staff have been so helpful and professional in caring for our pup and answering all my questions as we play catch-up on addressing our pup's health concerns.

Everyone I have encountered in this practice has demonstrated excellent communication skills and has been kind and gentle with our pup. I am very grateful for the excellent care rendered to our dog.

Everyone on staff is helpful and friendly. The doctors were very helpful and communicative. We really appreciated all the updates on our pet's condition and were able to make informed choices. We are so relieved to have our beloved Ragdoll, Toci, feeling better and back home with us.

My parents went to this Vet Clinic in the 80's and 90's and they loved it. Dr. Linville was the Vet for all their pets. My own experience at the All Creatures was very disappointing. I arrived to my appointment on time. After I arrived for my appointment, another person showed up. He was more than 30 minutes late for his appointment. They saw his pet in about 5 minutes.

I wasn't called for my pet's appointment until 55 minutes after my appointment time. By that time I was already driving away. My pet's appointment wasn't an emergency so I told them to just cancel. In the future I will be taking my business to a different pet clinic
