In order to make your experience at Thomas Veterinary Clinic smoother and more convenient for you and your pet, we have made some of our forms available online. You may print off and fill out the appropriate forms at home and bring them with you to your appointment. You may also fax them to us at 641-683-6335.
A yearly wellness examination is an important aspect of your horse's routine health care. In addition to wellness exams, we also provide a wide range of lameness and pre-purchase exam options to fulfill all of your equine needs. We recommend an appropriate wellness care schedule for your horse based upon his or her age and lifestyle.
Years ago, a family pet received minimal pet care at best. In recent years, veterinary medicine has benefited from advances in diagnostic and treatment options. At Thomas Veterinary Clinic, we firmly believe in preventative care for your pet. This includes annual wellness visits, dental care, proper life stage nutrition, and vaccinations.
Thomas Veterinary Clinic's doctors are available to treat emergencies 24 hours a day. Clients who are faced with an emergency after hours will reach a message system, and a doctor will be paged. It is very important to leave complete and accurate information for the on-call doctor. Contact information is especially important to ensure that your pet receives the timely attention that it deserves.

Got myself a new little pupper and was totally convinced that he was breathing too fast. Called Dr. Thomas and she got me in and like and hour. She listened to his heart and said "he's fine". Lol. I appreciate SO MUCH that they got me in so fast! I love this vet! Update: may 30, 2022 Took my chonky pupper back for his booster shots. He learned about heart worm, and even found a Bassett on the dog chart.

I take my cats here all the time. They are lovely individuals taking care of my babies. They know if they need more than what they are there for they can call me and ask if I want to do this and this too! I absolutely appreciate Thomas Veterinary Clinic! I will continue to go to them. Definitely great prices for the services they provide. They house horses and other animals.
Definitely very very clean area, the lobby is CLEAN. The receptionist gals/guys are literally SOOOO nice! Extremely helpful. They are such nice individuals and they treat my babies as if they are their own! Extremely comfortable environment! Will continue to go here and will continue to recommend Thomas Veterinary Clinic to everyone I know!
