The clinical staff called and scheduled same day exam for my injured cat. Assessed, and performed an I and D on his paw while I returned to work. Gave simple care instructions. I received a follow up call from Dr. Scott the following day. Dr. Scott determined there needed to be a medication change during our conversation. Excellent follow up care.

Very disappointed in this place! My pups had their surgeries on Friday, and I was told then that if I had any questions or concerns after getting them home or If anything occurred or came up that I felt needed attention to call them right away. They also told me they would call me on Saturday to check on them and to make sure everything was going alright.
Well first of all, I have yet to receive a call from them and it's now Monday. I called them on Saturday (they are open till noon) I called at 10:39 which took me awhile to get thru, there answering machine said they were busy with other customers or on another line and that I could leave a message and to do so press 1. When I would press 1 it would always take me back to the beginning and repeat everything.
I tried this several times and it always did the same thing! Thankful that neither of pups were in a major crisis I would had no way to leave a message! I kept trying to call back and finally someone answered, I told here about the pups surgeries and what I was needing and she said they were busy but that she would get with the doctor who was there that day and someone would get back to me. Knowing they close at noon I expressed how I really wanted a call back due to them closing at noon and not being there on Sundays.
I didn't want to have to go thru the rest of the weekend with one of my pups being how she was. Well I never got a call back! I tried calling back and no answer! I can't figure out why they tell you to call them after surgeries if a problem arises or you need anything when they don't have someone on call to help you (when it's a weekend). This clinic is the first time I've used them.
After getting the new pups at 8 weeks, I've been seeing them, and pups are now 7 months. I had heard good things and personally know people that take their pets there. But if I have asked for help day after their surgeries and no one can even give me a call back before you leave for the day, doesn't seem you care to much! And if your not going to call the day after to check on them like you said don't tell people you will! I didn't need a call on Sunday and I don't need a call this week! I will be taking my pups elsewhere!

Our vet tech Mallory was awesome, she listened, and cared about Boomer, and Dr. Herold was a great listener, He also made sure all our questions were answered. The Animal Clinic in general is very organized. In particular, I'm impressed with the portal, and appointment reminders., and everything is in one place on in the portal.

Electric City has been taking care of my animals, from domestic to exotics for the last 3.5 years. They have helped me through a lot of complicated situations from a Rare Neuro muscular disease, cancer and xylitol poisoning. All of the Dr's I've had the pleasure of talking with are amazing to say the least. I have spoken with other Vets due to my nature of business and they have also spoken very highly of Electric City, Bring your babies here, you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Anne Finke was very thorough, friendly, and communicative. She answered all our questions and made us feel relaxed and not rushed at all. The support staff were all cordial and also took their time addressing any questions we had. We are very pleased with the knowledge and courtesy displayed by everyone in your office.

I can highly recommend Electric City Animal Hospital in Anderson SC. The entire staff, doctors, front office, & tech assistants, are professional and so very kind to both me and my cat. I have been taking my cat there for 12 years ( her entire life) and the doctors have always treated her with great respect. Their knowledge and good advice are very special to me. I can't say enough good things about the clinic.

Excellent Vet and team! Vet, Vet Techs and Receptionists very knowledgeable, caring, professional and patient. I'm a Wildlife Rehabber and brought my wildlife in, Opossum and Squirrel (appt next month) and hope to bring my dog when needed. So nice to find a clinic that takes care of all creatures big and small.

We have used Electric City Animal Clinic for about 6 years now and also the Stay and Play for boarding and grooming. We could not ask for better people to care for my pets. All the technicians and vets are so friendly, willing to listen and help and you can tell have a true passion for what they do. Mark Finkey is our normal every time vet there and he is simply amazing! I would recommend them to anyone!
