GREAT experience! We will definitely use the boarding service again! Our Broly was happy to see us, and I know that he was well taken care of.

Very competent veterans with genuine compassion; they don't pressure you, as many vets do today, to get unnecessary tests, etc.

My little shadow came up as diabetic. She was well taken care of here. I highly recommend taking your animals here. We lost out baby Midnight and the staff were wonderful even though I was falling to pieces. they went above and beyond to take care of her and us. Thank you

I love their christmas lights they set up! been going there for years to walk around. sorry for running around and making a bunch of ruckus!

They take very good care of the animals, and have a great groomer on premises.

Absolutely terrible, just after your money. We boarded our dog there several times and he always came home with terrible explosive diarrhea. They feed him the same dog food we give him so wasn't the food. He catches something every time he goes there. We finally confronted them about it and they took no responsibility but charged us over $100 to give him medicine for the diarrhea and said $50 of it was just for the exam.

We shouldn't have had to pay anything as it's completely their fault he's catching something from that place, my guess is it's unclean. We'll never take another animal there again nor will we recommend them to anyone. Complete robbery!

I called them about helping a hit n run baby duck but, they couldn't help. I had to call someone else but, by the time I called around trying to get help the hit n run baby duck died.

Left our Rottweiler for 4 days. We were a little worried because he had not done well last year at another dog boarding place. We were pleasantly surprised at how well they treated him and how he adapted quickly to their facility. Awesome place with great people.

We have two Australian Shepard's, CVA has cared for them since they were pups, and other dogs we had prior. They are knowledgeable, keep you informed, have a SMS system that texts you about care schedules. They do surgeries when needed and board animals reasonably priced. Main thing to us, they treat our animals like they are people, respectfully and with kindness.

They kept both Elvis and Rosie for the time that we had to go to New Jersey for my mother's funeral the dogs were clean and bathed when they came out and neither one of them had anything wrong with them Elvis seemed very happy to be there and he is 10 years old

So my Bama (Yorkie) suffered a Herniated Disk and it was so bad that he couldn't use his back legs at all. He literally scooted around using his front legs. It was so sad to watch. I took him to Clay Chalkville Animal Clinic and I know for a fact that I got on their nerves. I literally would call every day asking questions about what I needed to do to help Bama. Dr. Washington, Dr. Hart and Anna were amazing. I don't know the tall, young, guy's name, but he's cute though. They were compassionate, caring, and they helped me get Bama back walking again. I'm so thankful

First let me start by saying I love the staff, they take such good care of my pup. Dr. Hart is just as equally caring and knowledgeable. They work fast and have no problem with rescheduling if need be. Will always recommend to any pet owners!

Angie and myself are very pleased by Mr Hart service and kindness, , unfortunately we had to put little Mooney down, , Mr Hart came out to our home to help us with a very difficult discussion. I would also like to thank the staff for there kindness, Thank you all so much!@
