The horse you call Klaire / A Joy of JFK belongs to me she has never been neglected I have owned her since she was 10/ she is now 19, she had colic surgery in 2009 at this facility, we did not surrender her or any of our horses to KY Equine Rescue, we only agreed for her to be transported to Parks for help, FYI if any forms say we did / they are forged. If these horses are taken from Parks to Ky Equine then these horses are stolen, and theft charges are being brought against each facility
