A friend called to have their puppy looked at because she was not feeling good, and the lady over the phone 1st was sincere asked where in vale they were from they had openings today. Then, once she found out they were not from vale became so rude and said sorry we don't have any available spots! Now I know why close friends complain about this place. Very professional.

we went to vale in November for Thanksgiving with our son
the day after our little girl Harley wasnt feeling well
we called the clinic and they told us the vet would be right there
so we took her down and found a plugged anal gland the dr fixed her right up and sent us down the road
no I'm thinking that we are from out of town that they were going to nail us hard
quite the opposite they are more than fair and genuinely concerned about their patients and clientele
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!! These folks they are the very best

I am not writing for me, I am writing this for a dear close friend. They brought their dog in who wasn't moving and in pain. They left the dog in care of the vet, and waited for a call back. They received a call later in the day, that she was ok, and had epilepsy and she would need 2 pills twice a day, but could be picked up. When they went to pick her up, they asked several questions about her behavior and were told "it was because of the medication she was given".

They asked repeatedly for answers and were only given the same response. They left and put the dog in the back seat and headed home. The dog died in the back seat alone and no one there to hold her as she passed away. The vet that cared for her, was Sheree Hughes, DVM and when asked what happened, Sheree Hughes, DVM told them it was a side effect of the medicine given, but when researching more the side effects are the same as an over dose. I would second guess your choice of vets and go somewhere else. Still no one is taking blame for the loss of their precious dog.

Other than the almost week wait to get our pup in (which I understand), the Vale Vet Clinic was amazing! We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to see us right away. My pup received quality care for a fraction of the cost, which is definitely a plus when you are a low-income family. Our pupper fractured her tibia and was put in a splint for a few weeks, which is when we will do a follow-up. We will be continuing to use this vet for our pet's needs along with our family who have been pleased clients for a while now. Thank you for doing what you do!

I'm torn on what rating to give. First off, the staff are great, really friendly folks, very accommodating, always real nice and clearly love what they do. I think they handle my dog with care, and she seems to like it there, she's been boarded and had some vet work done here. But then there have also been issues too. My dog came home from her first stay here (a 1 week boarding) with flees and a double ear infection (probably caused by the flees).

The second time she came home with one ear infection. She is itchy during the cold months so I'm sure it's from scratching and getting some shmoo from the floor in her ears. But I still had to pay both times to fix it. And she hadn't had any ear infections since I got her 2 years prior, so it isn't like she's prone. VVC also screwed up my billing last time, they were quick to fix it, but still, it was an $11.50 bill. but they are very nice folks, I jsut wish they'd do something to clean up a bit so we aren't getting fleas and ear infections. Oh and their prices are very fair and reasonable.

The vet clinic is amazing. The front desk does their best to help every one with their needs. You can rely on the vets to do a great job on your animal and give the best they can.

My dog, Bruce Presley, loves going to your clinic and seeing your staff (and 4 legged friends) so he can have you do his nails. He does his best to comfort any one of my 5cats that needs help before they go. We have all been through so much with other friends no longer with us that it's impossible not to hear what the animals are saying. I appreciate you! Thank you, says Nola Presley.

I am a very picky person when it comes to vets and my animals. I can say with complete confidence that I trust this clinic implicitly with my animals. They have worked after hours on emergencies with my pets; and during regular visits, they make sure all of my questions are answered. Each doctor and tech I have met is professional and extremely knowledgeable.

They have current diagnostic equipment, so they can diagnose quickly, which enables them to talk about treatment options in a timely manner. I whole heartedly recommend Vale for my second family doctor!

Took my little pups there after hours on a Friday after he was bitten by a pitbull. Not only did they stay open late for Copper but they also had him back in my arms that same night. They're compassionate people who truly love animals. I wish I could give them more stars.

The people at Vale Vet Clinic were wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable about my cat every time I have taken her in. They even called after the weekend to see if my cat was ok after being spayed the previous Thursday. Highly recommend the Vale Vet Clinic for your animals!

Absolutely amazing clinic! I searched and visited with all area clinics and many friends to find a new practice when my vet relocated. Everyone recommended Vale and I see why. The staff is wonderful and the Veterinarians are knowledgeable and caring. Saturday hours are an added bonus. I won't go anywhere else!

I love them! I take my horses to them and they are always so nice and are so good at explaining things. I just took my heart horse, Lycan, in today for some limping problems and the vet Angie was very thorough in explaining everything she saw on the x ray while showing me the x ray so I knew exactly what she was talking about. She was then very thorough at explaining his meds, and possible future issues/treatments. My boy was pretty high in this photo.

Good old-fashioned salt of the Earth vet practice. Staff is helpful and caring without going insincerely overboard, which seems to be a big (and unbearably annoying) trend these days. So refreshing and very much appreciated. Reasonably priced, too. That's unheard of anymore. Worth the nice drive from Nampa, Idaho!

Their knowledge of animal medicine and they are so friendly ! Also they are reasonable with prices and don’t do any unnecessary treatments unless they speak to you first ! Only vet I’ll go to!

I have done business many times with this Vet Clinic. They are so wonderful with my fur babies including my Cockatoo that came in today for a nail and wing trim. The charge was amazingly reasonable, but honestly the most and best part was how they just doted on our "Hamilton". He loved the attention and the staff. We will be doing all our maintenance on him here from now on. Thank you everyone!!!
