They were very quick and prices were extremely reasonable. The receptionist and technician were very nice.

I want to start by saying we really love Dr Hob. His staff. Well.anyway. We had used them for years with all our pets. Recently within the last year every time we called them, they couldn't see us. One time out dog was ill. We had to take the dog to emergency 850 dollars later. This weekend our dog started limping and we needed her seen. We called the entire weekend, no answer.

When I called this morning( a Monday) they would not see her until next week, even after explaining the situation. Recommending emergency care. Which would be another 800 dollars. Why do I bother having a regular vet if I can't see them in a timely manor. The place has really gone down hill.it's a shame. It used to be great. Robbinsville Vet will see us today as a New Patient. They have new patients now. Pine lands has lost them.

They were fantastic. The girl came out to get our dog and she explained everything completely and then when he was finished the vet came out and explained everything he did and what we need to do. I will strongly recommend this vet to others

I took my 19 year old cat in for euthanasia because she had stopped eating and drinking. Dr. Hobbs gave her a very through exam and he is reasonable. I'm not sure what Dr. Hobbs did, maybe the B12 shot or the subcutaneous fluids but she started eating and drinking again. Dr. Hobbs said she was not really too bad. So I still have her. I know because of her age I will not have her much longer but as of now she is doing very well and seems to be pain free. Thank you Dr. Hobbs.

Dr. Hopps and the staff & vet techs are fantastic! I have been taking my bunnies to Pinelands for 8 years now, and Dr. Hopps has successfully neutered & spayed all of them. I highly recommend Pinelands Veterinary Clinic!

This is primarily the vet my mom uses for her pets. But once in a while she takes my dog here and they take very good care of him. My mom has been going here for at least 15 years and they are reliable and very affordable.

Dr. Hops and Doctor Watson save my dog's life if it wasn't for them I would have never found out what was really going on with her they are a wonderful staff All Around we'll fit you in even if it's an emergency and work with you financially just because it's not one big huge perfect little Hospital and it's just a ranch house that has extra rooms in it doesn't mean they are not wonderful because they are. You can't get a better vet.

I don't really know how long we have been coming here and putting our trust in the staff but considering our current dog is just three months shy of 16 years old and we brought our previous dogs and cats here, I would say its been a long time. Sure it's not exactly a pretty building, to be honest it's pretty dumpy looking, both inside and out. BUT.it is clean and the doctors and staff our GREAT!

They really care about your animals and treat them like their own. And to the person who complained about the OLD dogs behind the desk, shame on you. These people have compassion, and care for the elderly. I hope someone is nice enough to care for you when you are old. And why would they be diseased? They are in a vets office for heavens sake. If you are looking for fancy and shiny don't come here, if you are looking for compassion and love of animals then you can't go wrong.

Here is what you get with Pinelands: they will work with you financially. you will get continuity of care from the same vet. Other facilities may have a vast staff who will read about your pet. Pinelands remembers your pet. and you. And they can offer the kind of flexibility that comes from being small. Here is what you dont get: a brand new veterinary facility with a cleaning solution fragrance. the cost of the brand new facility tacked onto your bill. Specialists and specialists equipment. for that, you have the large hospitals that can take you in as a referral or emergency.

I'm looking him up again, as this guy is great! He is an old fashioned Dr., who gives a care about your animal. He is thorough and pleasant. He even took my dog outside for a walk to check her out more closely. We finally had to put her to sleep, and this office sent me a note along with her footprint, which I thought was very kind, as this was the 1st time I had dealt with this office. Although he is not as close as my other vet, going to his office is worth the extra miles to get good old fashioned personal service.

I'm not sure why the last person left a review here considering he didn't even see the doctor. The appearance of the place isn't the greatest - it seems like they renovated a rancher and it smells like animals (what do you really expect at a vet?). I took my rabbit here for a leg injury and I had a good experience from the start. They were willing to squeeze us in for an appointment right before they closed and were friendly on the phone.

When we arrived, the staff was friendly and we were taken back to the exam room right away. The doctor was great - he was friendly, funny and most importantly, he explained everything to me very well and discussed my options given that I couldn't afford a crazy vet bill - he also really worked with me on the cost which I think is great - my bill was way less than what I was expecting.

He was willing to do an x-ray on the spot when they were just about to close (they close at 7 and we were there until 8) - you can tell that he cares and really wants to help. Once he did the x-Ray, he explained everything to me in detail of what was wrong. I had a great experience here - don't judge a book by the cover.

I just walked in for an appointment and walked back out without seeing the doctor. The odor of urine is overpowering. The place looks, smells, and feels like an abandoned building. Everything is falling apart and dirty. They actually seem to keep two old 'pet' dogs in the lobby behind the reception desk.? What better way to spread disease.

All I know is, if this is how they maintain the area that the clients/patients can see, I don't want to know what their hygiene procedures are like behind the scenes. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, but that's like having a great receptionist at a filthy back alley. I have been to most of the vets in the area and all I can say is, "Anywhere else!"
