This was a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Karwacki were superb. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and both procedures and prices were explained. My kitten was comfortable and the staff made him feel special. So glad we chose Willingboro Veterinary Clinic for our veterinary needs.

I had to put my dog down they were awesome. When I walked in the room with my dog there were blankets and a box of tissues. They couldn't have been more caring going over everything that was going to happen. They even sent me a sympathy card for my dog. They are awesome called me when the ashes were ready to pick up and still said sorry for your loss

My family has been going here for over 25 years. They have always been great but I gotta say the past several years have been so so. First I want to say it's not the doctors they have always treated my pets like one of their own. The techs have been great as well. But lately anytime I call and I get a younger newer employee there on the phone it's been terrible.
I've been left on hold by one girl and when she couldn't figure out my simple question she put me on hold for about ten minutes and came back acting like she had no idea who I was from before. Their attitudes are just terrible as week. You try to schedule an appointment or ask a question and they are snippy like they don't want to be bothered. I'm almost at the point of switching vets.

My dog was brought to the clinic for an emergency due to constant urination. The clinic did a sugar test and the results were 400 and they admitted the dog to stay over night. A blood test was then sent out to a lab. The next day I went back to get the dog. The technician said that there was an era in the testing, stating that the lab had checked for a cat.
They said it was rechecked for a dog. The clinic sent us home with the dog over the weekend and to come back on Monday. The dog over the weekend had gotten worse. I brought her back and the sugar was 720. They sent us home. They also once again were referring to the dog as a cat. So basically thier records were ered and there was no accountability for this era and that they sent my dog home with a Suger level of 720.
All this for $1,140.00 My dog is slowly dying and I cannot trust this clinic. I have been a client of this clinic for over 12 years and was treated very bad. You can treat me bad but please help my dog. From what I observed, there is way too many different people involved in the process with no understandable outcome. My poor little pug, my little buddy. She's the light tan one. Now I'm looking for a new vet but she's not doing well

Great, great, great vet! Have only been going here for 2.5 years. But each time I needed an immediate appointment they were able to accommodate me. Had a recent appointment where I was advised of the dreaded, well this falls under an emergency appointment so you may be charged as such. The cost ended up very reasonable and they did NOT charge any additional fees!

Great experience here. My cat wasn't eating or drinking so I called, and I was seen same day with no emergency fee. They accept Care Credit here and they were incredibly helpful. Dr. Daniels was very informative on different medications for my cat and has helped greatly. The staff is very friendly and the clinic is very clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Do NOT take your pets here. My dog was a patient here her entire life. We brought her in THREE TIMES IN THREE WEEKS after she seemed sick. They gave us medication (we later found out completely unrelated to her problem). It DID NOT HELP and for them to bill and charge for bloodwork and tests that they DID NOT READ. They told us our pup was fine. After three weeks and a visit to a specialist for more help, we found out she had a problem that should have been diagnosed by our regular vet (Willingboro) WEEKS AGO.
Better yet, this is something dogs should not die from when diagnosed and treated early on. Our dog passed away yesterday suddenly. She was healthy and happy a month ago. Thanks Willingboro Vet for leaving our best friend in pain and letting her die slowly when she could have been helped.

Everyone raves about this place but my past experiences have been less than favorable. Our first experience dealt with the technician giving our 5lb toy poodle 2 shots in one sitting. We didn't know this until our dog had an allergic reaction (swollen face, skin turning red and purple in some places, trouble breathing, etc.). We returned to the vet. 20 minutes after so our dog could receive a steroid (that we conveniently had to pay for, even though it was their oversight).
At the end of the day, I'll do whatever I need to keep my dog healthy and safe, but the experience still wasn't enjoyable. When I emailed the office about it, I just didn't get the feeling they were willing to accept.

On Sunday December 6th we had to say goodbye to our dog Ace. my wife and I were totally devastated. Dr. Torline and the staff were amazing. They treated our dog with care and respect and made sure we knew we were doing the right thing. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any care your pet may need. once again thank you to Dr. Torline and all the staff!
