A great experience for my pet. A quiet, calm office which helps ease my pet's anxiety. The entire staff is lovely, always! Dr. Byrne is wonderful and created a course of treatment to help my pet's allergies. My pet is happier and healthier because of the doctor and staff at AESCA. Dr. Byrne explains everything in detail and assures you have a full understanding of issues and treatment recommendation/options.

My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at AESCA in Bensalem. Dr. Byrne, Kelly, and Lindsey are all extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, and caring individuals. We rescued Olaf (our handsome, proud, regal Tabby) when he was 5 years old. Olaf came to us with skin and nail issues. After ruling out possible dietary causes he underwent allergy testing which showed positive reactions to environmental allergens. Surgical removal and biopsies of his dewclaws showed that Olaf also has an autoimmune disorder. Unfortunately, both of these conditions will require ongoing medical evaluations and treatments. FORTUNATELY, Dr. Byrne, Kelly, and Lindsey are the medical team that will see us through this.
While maintaining the right amount of professionalism they have answered multiple questions and have allowed us to be "crazy cat parents". They never make us feel like our questions are unwelcome. They are kind and gentle with Olaf. We trust them with our baby! We would highly recommend this wonderful team!

Dr. Byrne seems to be all about the money. I took my dog there for the ears. We had to come back a couple of times. After being told the follow-up visit was only going to be $60, after we get there - surprise! It's $130! Now I received an email saying that if you want them to send a prescription to Chewy or 1800 Pet Meds, it will cost you a $10 "processing fee." Basically, if you're trying to save money on their outrageous bill, they charge you for it.

Very disappointed with this practice and their staff. Yes there is a vet shortage in the country but the treatment that comes from this clinic is very poor. Being pompous about your pets care and being rude will get you no where. I would not recommend this clinic to any pet owner the vet charges $330 for a visit, cytology, and ear exam. The prices were never disclosed and they want to charge you $68 for a tech appointment only to be told your dog still has an ear infection.
Customer service is everything and the impression here was subpar. Thank you for your service of being a veterinarian and trying to be there for pets and their owners. I would suggest continuing education on both ethics and how to handle customers to help benefit the business overall.

They were busy (as expected) so the initial wait for the appointment was about 20 minutes long. But they were so nice and friendly. Treated my dog with great care. The doctor even came out and had a 5-10 minute conversation about the plan of care. Truly amazing service! Hoping the prescription diet handles the allergies. Thank you AESCA!

This man was too scared to take blood from a muzzled, tranquilized dog because the dog growled. We interrupted the dog's medication for 30 day's at Byrne's request to get this blood sample. In the meantime, the condition of his skin deteriorated horribly. Scratched raw, scabbed, bleeding. The pics I posted are from a week ago. He looks even worse now.
To see the condition of this dog would break your heart but Byrne wouldn't spend more than 2 minutes trying to get the sample. It didn't help that the vet tech cranked the muzzle down so tight that it was digging into one of the sore spots on the dog's face either. He actually yelped. He was very well behaved up until that point but then he became scared and uncooperative.
I offered to hold the dog but Byrne refused to let me in the room for the 30 seconds it would've taken to get it done. He hid behind HIS covid policy and wouldn't let me help for the few seconds that could've made so much difference in this dog's condition. A personal message to you, Byrne - the CDC defines close contact as less than 6 feet for 15 minutes, not 30 seconds. You failed me and my dog and I wish I had never come to your office. A month of this dog's suffering is on you.
