Flowers Mill Veterinary Hospital

Lifesavers! Flowers Mill Vetrinary Hospital are the best! My poor rescue pit mix was hurt by another dog in our family. It happened at the worst time, over the weekend when most vets are closed. I am on disability and I cannot afford thousands of dollars that a vet ER hospital would charge me to see my precious girl. I tried calling my vet, explained she was attacked and I needed antibiotics at least until I could bring her in.

Their answer was they didn't have an opening for almost 2 weeks. I tried calling other local vets, either they didn't want to see her or couldn't see her right away. I tried Flowers Mill since they were so good with a cat I had years ago. Right away, person who answered empathized with my plight. They could bring Sheba in almost right away. Unlike my vet, they allowed me to go in the office with her for her visit.

The vet and the vet tech were thorough and so gentle treating her wounds. They didn't judge me for not taking her to an ER hospital but were more focused to care for her injuries and advise me the best way to care for her at home. Even with antibiotics, pain meds, and topical cream, the visit was still affordable and under $300 which was well worth the outstanding care they gave my old girl.

Even though we have a follow up visit in a week, the vet still took time to call a few days later to see how my pretty girl was doing and to not hesitate if she needed anything. Even complimenting my almost 12 year old girl's will to live. My poor girl had a rough start in life before I adopted her 7 years ago as a once discarded former bait dog on deaths door. I spoil my girl rotten so I cannot thank Flowers Mill vet and the super nice staff for seeing her. I hope they help me keep her healthy for a very long time.

I called 6 different "hospitals" before I came across Flowers mill! When I called they got me in within the hour for my dog who was sick and needed antibiotics! I cannot thank them enough as I was worried sick about my pup! Thank you Flower mills!

I'm fully fed up with vet clinics that take advantage of you being a pet owner little love one that's in need of care or meds. Here is my latest gripe. Phoned in to make an appointment for my 14 year old little one and was in need of a refill for her heart meds that will be out a day or two before her appointment and I nicely asked if she could refill my script so that I could order them on line at there own store.

My answer was NO but I was told I could get some pills there for her at vet prices which is double the price for 5 pills then I would spend on 150 pills. this is the type of small minded inconsiderate Behavior that has soured me from being a happy customer here. thank you for let me vent.

Both of my boys have been here to get neutered and both times I can say they came home happy and comfortable. Love being able to say I trust someone else with my animals!

Good people they really care. For the health of the animals i give them a plus.

Wife went in with a flea infested cat, they failed to warn and provide immediately the escalated required care for the pet and our house. Ended up giving up the cat and lost almost a thousand dollars so far for treatment products of cat and flea infested house. I feel it could have been prevented by the Doctor being a little more careful to explain the seriousness of the situation we were getting into.

Very nice and clean place. A lot of space to walk the dogs. Excellent service! Personnel was very attentive and friendly. My pets will be returning for future checkups. It was a great experience and cost effective.

Used the facility to board our dog who has diabetes and is partially blind. They did a great job keeping him safe and healthy during our time away. Will definitely be using again!

I took my dog there for the first time today. This are side everywhere because of COVID, but they were wonderful. The doctor came out to the car and was very thorough after examining my dog inside. The vet tech was so nice as well as the receptionist. Will come back with my other dogs. Very happy!

I moved into the Langhorne area with three older cats. Sadly, age-related problems soon began to surface. I feel very fortunate that we're at the Flowers Mill Veterinary practice, not least for its knowledgable and compassionate staff. So far we've spent the most time with Dr. Robbins, to whom I'm extremely grateful for his superb explanations of treatment options for my George, and for his friendly and appropriately upbeat manner.

But the entire staff has been completely and unfailingly wonderful in answering my many questions and understanding my concerns. (During the pandemic, there have been many phone calls!) That's my gold standard in medical care, for both four and two-legged patients.

I have taken my dog Belle here since she was 3 months old (she's now 7 years old). The staff and doctors are always reliable, professional, and treat my dog like family. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital!

We have had bad experiences in Philly. This place genuinely cares about your family member. They are thorough & thoughtful always. All good vibes. It's very appreciated.

I've been taking my dog since we moved to the area almost 9 years ago. Great staff from the front desk, nurses, and doctors! My dog had to get a tumor removed from his elbow and they were great about providing an estimate. The surgery went very well and they were great about explaining after care as well.

Absolutely fantastic. Love the veterinarians. We needed too kennel our baby twice this summer. My baby did awesome with them. The second time back my baby was so excited to see them all again. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Our baby is a rescue who had some health issues. I can't thank the veterinarians enough for guiding our baby back to health.
