SAVED OUR RABBIT'S LIFE! Our rabbit stopped eating and pooping. Very dangerous situation with a rabbit that can quickly end badly. I called American Animal Hospital and they were able to see us right away. Dr. Stockmal was so knowledgeable and compassionate. She thoroughly checked out "Pickles". Came up with a course of treatment and explained everything we needed to do to get our bunny well.
The vet techs were also outstanding and knowledgeable. Thank you to the receptionist for caring enough to fit us in that day. Happy to say Pickles is doing fine now. We will continue with American Animal Hospital for bunny's future healthcare.

We are so happy with American Animal Hospital. The service and professionalism is outstanding. I've never had to wait for scheduling an appointment, requesting a prescription refill or ordering food. They are so prompt with responding to any of my requests, and I really like that they follow up after a medical visit.and it's such a friendly staff from the minute you walk in.

Nothing but good things to say about American Animal Hospital at Randolph, the staff are all so kind, extremely caring and compassionate, and they put their patients on a pedestal, of that there is no doubt. They are very thorough from scheduling, all the way to recovery, even down to being prompt when answering the phone. They truly care about their patients and their families. Outstanding job and thank you so much to the whole staff, but especially Dr. Arculli, Nicole, Rayne, Mary and Kate!

American Animal Hospital is a great place to care for your pet. When our elderly dog wasn't able to make the trip to our old vet they took us in a moments notice. Their doctors are very compassionate and take the time to review all care options with your pet. We would recommend them to anyone who is new to the area or in need to a new vet.

Wonderful Animal Hospital! Dr Stockmal and Dr Arcuili have been amazing with me and my new puppy. I've been going to Dr Stockmal since she came to AAH. Her devotion to owners and their pets has always been above and beyond. The office staff and techs are caring and the customer service is amazing. This is a knowledgeable, caring veterinary hospital and I recommend to all.

I never left a review when it happened but I am now. Because even after 2 years it's still on my mind and it infuriates me. A few years ago this place said my dog was "Okay" and sent her home. The next morning she was dead. She was in cardiac arrest and having heart palpitations while at this animal hospital and they still sent her home. We had a gut feeling that something was very wrong but we trusted the veterinarian.
Very sad. I see all the positive reviews and I'm sure they are overall a good animal hospital. But I personally will never take any of my animals here again. RIP little girl. You are missed.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Lewis was very informative in a way we could understand everything going on with our dog. He helped us in a time of extreme need and eased our nerves. In addition to this, I can't wait to see him again. He received a very thorough examine him and truly cares for the well being of animals. I would 100% recommend to anyone who asks.

Everyone is just so nice and friendly even down to the receptionist! I appreciate that the doctors come out and actually talk to you to get a sense of what is going on and I really respect that! They give you and your animal the proper time they need to be evaluated correctly and not just rushed in and out because they have another appointment scheduled.
If was really nice to feel like myself and my dog was important because my dogs are my family and are very important to me and it was a nice experience to have her treated as such! A big thank you to Dr. Lewis, Michael, and his staff for making my dog feel she mattered! I really appreciate you all!
