It's so insane that they are booked up for surgeries with one doc, can't afford to hire another. It's shame that they did not write it down what I need to be done on my pet and showed up for my appointment time and now they're telling me they can't do it because it wasn't in the note! Done and I ain't disappointed.

Great place with all of your animals. Your pets are part of the family and they make it a great place to bring your cats or dogs. Thank you for being a great team!

They're always amazing with our puppy. His first visit was at 6 weeks old and he loves the people there. The staff is very friendly, and make sure you are informed of everything that is going on with your pets.

Dr. Kemplin has been my pet's vet for over 25 years. Recently he has gone above and beyond with our cat. Compassion and professional. Thanks to the wonderful, caring and friendly staff.

They really went out of their way to fit my puppy in for surgery because there was a mix up in appointments. Then they called to check up on how he was doing which was awesome because he was able to take his own stitches out prematurely. But he still healed perfectly. I really like this clinic alot. They are accommodating and loving to your pets!

Always a fabulous experience coming here. Excellent service and would never go anywhere else. Mandy is amazing at calming down my fur baby Chief and making him feel comfortable and loved. Love this place, the staff always goes above and beyond!

We take all of our fur babies to North Branch Veterinary Clinic and have done so for 18+ years. Great staff and I really like that they always give me options when it comes to a plan of care, meaning- they don't jump to the highest cost treatment- they say, "Here are some things we can try." and actually discuss things with me so I can make an informed decision about my pet's care. I've experienced this with all of the doctors- not just one in particular. My cats don't appreciate the terrible, horrible car ride there but they're always treated kindly.

The best vet I've been to! They actually care about your pets and are very knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend

I recently brought my lab that is 12 1/2 to Dr French at North Branch for a hoarse bark. She was very through with the exam. I was very satisfied with her knowledge and professionalism! We love our 4 legged friends as they are apart of our family! I could tell she has a passion for her profession, I highly recommend her & North Branch Veterinary Hospital!

My cat needed to get in ASAP and they were able to get him in first thing in the morning (11/15/21) Thank you to the person who switched appt times with me BTW. Abby was so amazing helping me get him in. Dr French was super knowledgeable, kind and calm. She called and gave updates and spent so much time talking with me. Dr L followed up with me as well. These people really care about our beloved pets! I am super grateful for the entire staff!

I called based on the website that said EMERGENCIES ARE WELCOME when we are open Come in But please try and call first. I was told you don't have time and you do not take new patients It is a emergency No I don't recommend you, not caring of my pet suffers after telling you the other emergency Vet's won't take her either Thanks allot

North Branch Vet always goes about and beyond for our fur children. We completely trust them to treat them as their own.

Very attentive and caring team. Love that they follow up with us after certain visits and they work hard to make sure all questions are answered. Have been with them since 1996 and couldn't imagine taking our fur- babies elsewhere.

Our dog had a ear infection. We were able to get him in right away. Where as our old vet had a 6 week wait. We are very happy that we switched over.

Very professional, only place I would ever bring my animals to. Always receive excellent service! Dr. Kemplin and Mandy are amazing to work with! Great place to board and have them groomed too!

Took our new puppy for his first visit. They were extremely nice and professional. Our fur baby is in good hands here.

Our dog was seen by Kate french. One of the first thing she says is how our dogs mix breed is a very bad mix. (Siba inu mixed eskimo). Proceeded to ask questions on allergies and neutering and she made us feel dumb for even asking. Then proceeded to muzzle our dog which is fine but our dog hasnt been to vet in a couple years so didnt know what to. expect.

Everything went well but she suggests next time we drug our dog when he comes in and has extra restraints. HES 18lbs?! If u cant handle a dog without drugging him maybe u shouldnt be a vet. Our dog didnt growl, didnt snarl, didnt show any aggression. Just seems she is unfit to be a vet. Probably just made us get the trazodone to boost up our bill. Wont be coming back!

I have had sick dogs. Had a cough upper respiratory infection. They have been wonderful at getting this taken care of. I also had to put one of my dogs down during this time. He was almost 15. They were very kind and compassionate. Making a difficult decision just a little easier. Dr French has called me back a few times to see how the dogs are and is very willing to answer my questions.

All the staff has been incredibly kind and considerate. I've called a few times and they have always been patient and kind. I will definitely come back. They are also great at getting the dogs in when needed.

Great place to bring your pet! If you have a young animal they offer puppy/kitten packages which saves you money. They are great at communication and always kind!

I have had multiple bad experiences with this vet clinic. But the one that will stick with me is when my dog was 2-3 days after giving birth, and she was only nursing on one side. All my research had said it could be three things. Placenta still inside her, a stillborn still inside her, or a calcium deficiency. After running hundreds of dollars on. tests, they said nothing was wrong and to go back home.

I repeatedly asked if she could at least get calcium vitamins. The vet finally allowed me to have some. And by the end of the day she was nursing well. It was so frustrating trying to advocate for my dog-and not being believed that I knew something was wrong. The vet actually had the nerve to ask "well are you a mother?" I said no, and his response was "well then you don't know what it's like."

VERY reasonably priced! A+++++ customer service! Great communication and my dogs LOVE going! caring, considerate and I feel like I have say in my pets care!

I have been bringing my pets to NB Veterinary Hospital for over a decade, and they have always received exceptional care. The doctors always take time to explain conditions and procedures, and have helped me to become a better pet parent, especially as my pets have aged, and required more care. I am glad we have such a quality service in our community.

Great staff - from the front desk to the lab technicians, to the Veterinary assistants to all the Staff Doctors. Been taking our dogs there for over eight years, always had a great experience. Often bring the dog into the office just to get a current weight, the dogs are so well treated that they/we enjoy going thru their doors!

We have three miniature schnauzers and they have received exceptional care at this facility. Every thing from shots to dental work. As one of our three is very senior, they have been great with helping use keep her quality of life at it's best possible. Oh and prices are in the ballpark as others.
