For over 40 years, Pewaukee Veterinary Service has been part of the Waukesha County community. Dr. Randy Schuett opened the animal hospital in 1977 as a mixed animal practice. Dr. Jeff Schuett, Dr. Randy's brother, soon joined him and together, they built a thriving practice that values long-term relationships and personalized service first and foremost.

My little Heeler and I absolutely LOVE Pewaukee vet. Every single vet tech and doctor we've worked with have been amazing. Dr. Kelly Flowers is so compassionate, you can tell she really puts her heart into her job. They've done my pups neuter, helped him in an emergency with a torn dew claw, let me rush in when I couldn't get a tick off my pup. everything. Amazing every time. You can definitely trust they will take care of your fur babies!

Dr. Carolyn and her tech, Shannon, have been incredible. Our cat is less than thrilled to come to the vet and they have always gotten creative with ways to make her feel comfortable and provide treatment. On top of that, Dr. Carolyn always takes time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explain everything. We are so happy to have found such a caring and personable vet!

I've trusted Pewaukee Veterinary Service for over 15.5 years now with the care of my dogs. They were there to support me when I got my boxer puppy, to when it was time for me to say goodbye to her. They've been there for me when I rescued my current dog who has anxiety, & they are wonderful with her! No matter what the situation is or has been, I know that I'm in good hands. Their staff is compassionate, patient, caring, & offer a positive experience. I highly recommend them!

We went in for a second opinion on our puppy for some very serious hip issues. Dr. Nick was so understanding and took as much time as we needed to answer our questions and give us other options that the first vet never did. He was not pushy on surgery or meds would say this is his recommendation and to look everything over and talk it over. Once figure it out just let them know.
We came out of their very educated on our options and felt like he really cared about our dog and just not another animal to do surgery on. We highly recommend you checking out this vet and will be making them our new vet.

I love the vets we have for our two pets. Our pup is deathly terrified of the vet, and her vet helps try to make her feel at ease. My cat was feral, and she doesn't like to be handled. Thankfully, that vet is quick to look her over and move her as little as possible. The entire team is fantastic whenever I go in with any issue. I couldn't be more grateful to be at such a great place.

I am beyond happy that my mother-in-law referred us to Pewaukee vet! Our first visit was with Meghan and she exceeded all my expectations. Our blue heeler is weary of strangers but that did not stop Meghan from taking the time to win him over with patience and a special treat. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She has amazing communication, patience and she is just so nice! The facility is clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. I am looking forward to using pewaukee vet for all our future vet needs!

I having been going to Pewaukee Veterinary for service for my dog Gibson and my cat Cookie. Gibson passed away after a long battle. All the staff took such amazing care of him and myself during such a difficult time. Cookie is now being treated for Kidney failure. She is now much better. I'm so thankful for Dr. Tom and staff.
