I lost my sweet Hurley yesterday. Everyone there was so patient and accommodating. I know he felt as comfortable and loved as he could. We’ve been going to FPC for his whole life. Even with moving 45 minutes away there is no others I trust with my babies. Thank you for seeing us to the end. I can’t even express how much it means to me. I know you feel a loss too… and, in a strange way, that gives me comfort knowing Hurl mattered to you guys too. Thank you.

Family Pretty Clinic is a great place to take your pets for care. The doctors are very experienced and have kind fantastic personalities. The Technicians are excellent as well. The rates for the various services are very fair and competitive. I've taken my cats and dogs there and have always had a positive and honest experience.

I've been taking my dogs here for two years and was hoping things would improve. It's just the same thing every time since the beginning. Plan to be there for awhile, you will almost always be put on hold when you call unless it's an emergency and if you pay attention you will see how inefficient things are. I feel like i'm inconveniencing the staff and I have to make my appointments weeks in advance. I think they have too many clients and from my experience it's been this way since 2019. Not a good experience.

The staff at Family Pet Clinic are the kindest, most empathetic and knowledgeable professionals. I went from being a cat-mom with a meltdown to feeling completely comforted in their care. They are always so welcoming to questions and will take the time to give you a thorough answer. I have full confidence in their capabilities, and I have zero worries when they treat my cat. They have cared for my family's pets, and now mine, and I would reccomend them to others 100%.

I have been going to Family Pet Clinic for close to 15 years now and have been absolutely satisfied with my experiences! The staff is always patient and kind when it comes to listening AND answering questions or concerns. The Dr's are the utmost professional yet down to earth enough that they are willing to explain everything to you. I know from several Facebook groups that vet clinics are operating short staffed all around the country. I always get a reminder for shots in plenty of time for me to make an appointment. I always get a top of the line veterinarian and all the techs are terrific because my dog doesn't seem fearful at all to visit. She actually wags her tail extra hard. Overall fantastic clinic I would recommend to friends and family in a heart beat. She's kinda tired from all her vaccines though.

Thanks to the excellent diagnostic skills of Dr Fellenz and the exceptional care she received, our dog survived a horrible Addison's crisis (previously undiagnosed). She is now doing much better and we received excellent education on how to meet her needs with this condition. The overall cost of all of the necessary treatments over the last 4 days was also very reasonable.
