They are the best veterinarians in the area! My animals aren't easy, and they are so patient and gentle with them! Their staff are so friendly, and understanding! I prefer to buy my dog food from them just because of how kind they are and I want them to stay for a long time! I recommend them to everyone when I do volunteering for a dog rescue and the family lives in the area!

What a wonderful place to bring your family member of your household to just get a checkup or maybe something serious. As we all know our pets are family. G.A.H. takes care of your loved ones with compassion and love when you make your first call on the phone. I would recommend Germantown Animal Hospital to everyone who needs to take care of loved ones. Thank you so much! Joey Bartkiewicz

Our family LOVES Germantown animal hospital! Incredible doctors, nurses and staff! They go the extra mile to make sure our fur babies are taken care of and give the best advice and provide the best care possible. Our two fur babies are patients and the staff is so good with them- both our rambunctious guy and our skeptical anxious guy. Germantown animal hospital has always done incredible with our babies - going back to first bringing Rambo home in 2016. Charles is our new puppers and the staff has always taken our phone calls to give us advice or help us with that new pup anxiety.
The team is so nice! Charlie had his neuter appointment earlier this week and I absentmindedly mixed up my dates. I got a call confirming id be bringing him in and I said of course and the nurse kindly asked what time and I told her 730am. She again kindly told me the neuter is today and seeing how it was 830, I panicked and apologized profusely and said I'd be right there.
The nurse was soooo kind and made me feel better, even though I'm sure I was being annoying by forgetting! The team always takes as much time with you as needed to make sure you have all your questions answered and that you understand what they're telling you. Everytime I go in, I have so much questions and concerns and they make sure every single one is addressed and handled.
Even when I'm flustered and forget one of them, they make sure to remind we still need to talk about it! The team is always so kind and help and professional. We love our vet!

I'm glad I get to go inside to be with my nervous young cat age 8. She was so calmed when I put her on the table. The technician, front desk staffs and dr Alex were friendly. It's pricey but worth it. I am the Snow bird that I have have two homes Wisconsin and Florida. I had choose Germantown over Tilles Animal clinic in Jackson Wisconsin because, My oldest cat age 20 in this picture. Hemi had felt so comfortable when he was 5.

We were advised by mail that our goldendoodle needed a 4DX (without definition) exam and fecal review. With Covid, the young lady who came out to get our dog said we cannot go in with her, that it was a "corporate" decision. When she brought our dog back out, I expressed my concern that I'd like to have spoken to the vet. She then explained that it was a state law that we can't go in. Inconsistent information; sounds like a convenient story should shut me up.
We have not yet been advised of the results of the test. This is the second time that we were not allowed to stay with or view the activities accomplished on our dog during our visit. We were previously told to wait in the exam room while they took her elsewhere for additional review. Why couldn't they do the further review in the same room or allow us to go with her?
This was not the practice with the previous owners. It looks as if there is something to hide. We have had other dogs for over 30 years. We have never had any issue with our previous dogs' ears. The day after our recent visit to Germantown Animal Hospital, we visited friends who noticed our doodle frequently shaking her head. They have had ear issues with their dogs and recognized the head shaking as a symptom of ear mites or possibly an ear infection.
When we looked in our dog's ears, they were very dirty. My concern is that the vet didn't do the most rudimentary inspection of our pet, not even inspecting her ears. We are changing Vets. The emphasis does not seem to be the dog's health or owner's satisfaction.
