Most of the staff has always been very kind Except for the main vet. Took my cat here twice and he repeatedly brushed off my concerns and made me feel like I was stupid. He told me I was overreacting about my cats ears (which are very waxy and he scratches at them a lot, causing pain) and literally told me not to bring him in again for the same problem. Most of the staff has always been good to me and my animals, but I can't bring my cat back to that man.

Critical: Professionalism These people are not well trained with dogs whom have anxiety. All they try to do is prescribe different pills upon pills. My dog has also ran away from Clinton veterinary in the hands of them. horrible experience wish they'd be more understanding but I constantly get asked if my dog is in good care.

Might have just been because of the covid restrictions, but this place was just OK. We had a quick visit primarily to keep our cats up on their rabies vaccinations in October 2020. They picked up the cats outside and we waited a total of 15-20 min the car. The vet called us to give an update before they brought the cats out, but didn't comment on much more than one of our cats being a little feisty (probably because it was a new vet and we're normally in the room with them).
One surprising thing was that they clearly got the weights of the cats wrong: They had them within a pound of one another when one of them is 4-5 lb heavier! Overall this vet was reasonably priced and efficient, but just didn't measure up to previous vets we've used.

I love CVH! Very professional and responds quickly. I brought my cat in because her ears were bothering her and she ended up having an ear infection. I got medicine and they told me how to put them in so she won't freak out and it worked great. They called to check up on her and even sent me a postcard! Great service, great people!

My cat of 18 years just passed away Clinton veterinary hospital took real good care of her. She was cremated and when I got her back they had her in a pretty cedar chest, she also got her paw print done, they also sent a sympathy card in the mail, and one when I got her back. They also gave us a packet of flower seeds. Thank you for taking good care of Punkin pie. I miss her a lot!
