We have been taking our dogs and cats to Woburn animal hospital for 15 years. The doctors and technicians are wonderful! I always recommend them to pet friends. As a physician myself, I know the importance of excellent health care. The doctors here know their stuff and we have always gotten accurate diagnoses and appropriate evidence based care. The doctors are compassionate and highly skilled. Dr. Bysko helped put my beloved 15 year old dog to sleep during a very stressful night, after hours, and we will be forever grateful for her loving care.

Our 8 year old Golden Retriever Reggie loves going to Woburn Animal Hospital for his medical care! He's been going there since he was a brand new 12-week old puppy. All of the doctors and technicians are friendly and nice and make Reggie feel comfortable and at ease whenever Reggie needs to go for his routine check-ups or preventive care. They rub his ears and give him treats to make his visit special.
The main waiting area has plenty of space to spread out and the seats are comfortable. The patient treatment rooms are immaculate, too. The outdoor grounds are beautiful. Reggie has enjoyed his overnight stays as a boarder when we go away. We also took Reggie to K-9 Training classes that are held on-site when he was younger where we met Mike who taught us how to train Reggie into the wonderfully well-trained companion he is today. Reggie and we would recommend Woburn Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for the best care for their best friend.

So grateful to the vets and staff. Our 8 pound Chihuahua developed pneumonia and was having difficulty breathing. Our usual vet was not available. she had to spend overnight in an oxygen cube. X-rays were done and she was started on an antibiotic. Monitored by a vet x 24 hours with phone call report every 8 hours. Home now and improving. A bit expensive but arrangements for payment available. So happy they saved her!

We have not had a good experience. Their customer service is unfriendly and unprofessional. They canceled our dogs spay two days before surgery. I understand that the circumstances were due to an emergency, but this is not the first time they canceled an appointment last minute. I do not recommend going here as they are taking on dogs and currently can't help their current clients.

I called the Woburn Animal Hospital ER after my geriatric pet (16 yrs. old) had his 2nd seizure within 8 hours. I called and explained, through tears, that due to the seizures, my dog was having difficulty walking. When he tried to walk, he was so disoriented he walked into the wall and cabinet door then stood staring into a corner. I was told this was not a life threatening emergency!
I took him elsewhere. Two days later my "baby" passed away. This hospital was the worst for compassion and doesn't know when an emergency exists. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I love Ledgebrook Kennel - I don't go to Woburn Animal Hospital because before I found them I already had a great vet. Woburn animal hospital has in the past had issues with updating my dog's vaccines required for Ledgebrook- so other than that idk. She had a multi vaccine and somehow that didn't get updated in their files- so that's why I won't give Woburn Animal Hospital a 5 of 5 right now. HOWEVER- I would give the daycare at LEDGEBROOK Kennel a solid 10 or 5 out of 5 stars. Maybe more than 5 if possible. Good people there.

I have been bringing my dog and cats to Woburn Animal Hospital for over 10 years. The staff is very, very good. Always responsive and attentive -- even when they are overwhelmed. Dr. Bysko is knowledgable, thorough, and willing to answer questions. And, she's a very talented surgeon. In my opinion, these folks provide top quality care to the animals entrusted to them.

I have taken my chihuahua here three times. The first two were at the beginning of the pandemic so I wasn't able to go in with her. The staff seemed very nice when they came out to get her and the vet was very friendly when she called. Today we had an appointment and I was able to go in. The facility is very clean and the atmosphere is calm. The Vet and vet Teck were so kind, gentle and truly showed how much they love there job and their clients. By far the best vet I have been to. Thank you WAH for such a great experience.

We recently brought our 12 year old dog Tegan for a visit. She has a complicated medical history, so I was looking for the right hospital to help us through this. Tegan felt calm with them. The doctor; Dr. Domit, explained everything to us, thoroughly--she is thoughtful and knowledgeable. It's clear the staff care very much about what they do. Also, this is the difficult quarantine days so they extended themselves even more to help us. Highly recommend!

Everyone we encountered was extremely kind and greeted us in a friendly and positive manner. Also complimenting our dog at every turn. The vet tech that worked with us was extremely sweet and supportive, and calmed our fears and anxieties. It's obvious that this place is not out to make the most money they possibly can (like other places we've been to) because they looked at our dog assured us that the bleeding from his nail was under control and not actively bleeding then sent us on our way with a bill of a grand total of $0. We were in shock!! We will definitely bring our pets back here in the future if needed.

My family and I have been taking our fury family members to Woburn Animal Hospital for over 20 years. Dr. Schless and Dr. Marino have become like family members to us. The staff members are helpful and very professional. Many of the staff have been there for more than a decade which is a testament to the leadership that Dr. Schless and Dr. Marino bring. New Veterinarians are brought into the practice after a very thorough and intense interview process. I know this because a good friend of mine interviewed there after completing a residency at Tufts. He was very impressed with the operation.
Over 20+ years and many pets, 2 English Setters (my moms) and 2 Labrador Retrievers (mine) 4 cats, and even a mutt, our fury family members were treated exceptionally well. Ear mites, skunk sprays, occasional stomach bugs and even cancer. The treatment plans were always given with the pet's best well being in mind. One sad day, after trying everything to save Jake (colon cancer) we had to make the choice to put him to sleep. Dr. Schless held my hand. We all cried. The treatment plan was as humane as one could ever ask for and the goal was to not let my dog suffer unnecessarily.
Woburn Animal Hospital and staff are consummate professionals. If you love your pet as family members, there is no better place to ensure their good health.
