Welcome to Cumberland Valley Veterinary Clinic, your local veterinarians in Hagerstown, Maryland. We're pleased to provide a wide variety of veterinary services for animals in the tri-state area. Our facility is equipped with an in house laboratory, a surgical suite, digital radiography, ultrasonography, and five fully equipped examination rooms.
At Cumberland Valley Veterinary Clinic your pet's health and vitality is our number one concern. We believe the best medicine is preventative and we always take time to educate our clients and to provide them with the best approach to their pet's health. Using state-of-the-art equipment, keeping abreast of advances and technologies and our kind, caring attitude is what separates us from the rest.
Losing a pet and coping with it can be very difficult, as most of us know. Doing it alone can be even harder; but here at Cumberland Valley, we think that you shouldn't have to go through the process alone. We invite you to come to our bereavement meetings so that you can be surrounded by support from people who know exactly what you are going through.
Tammy Snyder is the practice manager and Tara Martin is the business manager at Cumberland Valley Veterinary Clinic. Both have been with the practice since 1996. Together, they handle the daily operations of the clinic. Our client service representatives are the front line of customer service at Cumberland Valley Veterinary Clinic.

Highly recommended, I called 4 vets in Hagerstown including an emergency vet hospital about an emergency situation and we were turned down by all until we reached Cumberland valley! The staff were very efficient and accommodating for our situation. Prices are very cheap compared to other vets in the area. And the staff actually cared about my dog even though he can be a bit of a handful.
He's a German shepherd. Mind you this all happened on a Saturday morning of course. I expected to be there all day. We were there for maybe an hour. Very very good vet and all around staff! Kudos to you guys! I cannot say enough good things about this place!

After not being able to get my bunny an appointment at her primary vet I called and got her an appointment within the next day. The vet was friendly and knew what she was doing. I've recently taken her back and got an appointment within the next week. Again the vet was friendly and helpful which is much appreciated. I would recommend Cumberland valley to anyone who is looking for a good trustworthy vet for their bunny. It's much appreciated that I know I have a reliable vet to take my furry friend!

The staff are all very friendly, but I've now been overcharged twice on a follow up visit and was charged for a microscopic ear exam when I specifically said my dog didn't need another one. I've been charged a sick visit for a simple visit as well. I've also requested not to be seen by Dr. Wesley and they continue to schedule me with him.

After a horrible experience at another business, I called them to schedule an appointment and they had me in the next morning. I can't say enough about the staff! Friendly, smiling and multiple greetings to me and my dog, Milo. I will recommend them to EVERYONE with a furry family member. I would give them 6 stars if I could. My Vet for LIFE!

Dr. Jessica and her staff did an amazing job helping us to make decisions and provide medical care for our beloved Shiloh. Even during our hardest day of having to let our beloved Shiloh cross the rainbow bridge, the staff was extremely respectful and understanding during our worst day. I would feel confident bringing any future pet here for any needed care in the future. RIP Shiloh

My boyfriend took our dog to get groomed today and when I came home from work I cried like a baby. I have never seen a pet hair cut like this, his tail was just snipped off and it looks like a makeup brush. Normally when dogs get their nails cut they also get their feet trimmed and their paw pads cleaned out but it doesn't even look like he was given a cut other than the choppy tail.

Our dog, Jake, died suddenly of a heart attack the day before Thanksgiving. I have been taking our dogs here for several years. They have been so compassionate and sensitive in this terrible moment of grief. He died in my husband's arms on the way to the vet. We are both heartbroken. Our dogs have received outstanding care at Cumberland Valley, and they have been extraordinarily sensitive to our needs as well. You cannot go wrong with such loving people.
