Muddy Creek Animal Hospital

I was visiting my brother when my dog, Jules, was hit by a car. The staff at Muddy Creek Animal Hospital was incredible in a traumatic situation. They took Jules in immediately and the staff couldn't have been more attentive and kind. I'm happy to say Jules is on the road to recovery and doing well today. I believe that is because of the care she received at Muddy Creek Animal Hospital. I cannot thank them enough. We love our dogs like family and I am so very grateful of the care Jules received so far from home.

Take my two dogs to Muddy Creek when needed and especially in an emergency. One Saturday, Dr. Taylor asked me to bring in my Shar Pei at 1pm, after closing hours. She fixed him right up. He was feeling better that evening. Forever appreciative of the vets, techs, and staff at Muddy Creek Animal Hospital for the care and attention they give my pets.

This was our second visit to Muddy Creek. The entire staff has been pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. My dog has always been scared of other vets. Dr. Nisson is gentle and soft spoken and has won him over. He asks and answers any and all questions and does not rush you out the door. He prescribed medication and called me in a week to see how my pup was progressing. We are very happy with his level of care.

I would like to share my experience recently with my trip to Muddy Creek Animal Hospital. I switched to this vet in past year due to recommendations from my daughter and her inlaws who have been trusting them with their furry friends for years. My dog Max started to become lethargic, stop eating, vomiting. I called Muddy Creek at 730am. Office was closed but opened at 9am.

I was able to leave a message asking for a call back and left a brief message about what was going on with Max. At 910am same day I received a call back from their office staff and they were able to see Max at 11:30am! From the time I broughtMax in throughout the next 3 days (I had to bring him in each day for IV fluids, IV medications) I was so impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and above all their compassionate and caring way of interacting with me under this very stressful time.

They were very judicious in what tests they ordered so as not to "break the bank" and explained everything they were doing and the rationale behind it. Dr Haldeman was the vet that cared for Max. She made several calls each day over the course of his illness to check up on him and answer any questions I had. I am happy to report Max is back to his old self, barking, chasing balls, following me around, LOL I would highly recommend Muddy Creek Animal Hospital for the care of your pets!

Muddy Creek Animal Hospital is great! We are new clients but felt like we had been long time customers with the entire staff being so welcoming and helpful. I appreciate that I am able to go into the exam room with my 1 yr old puppy since I haven't been able to go in with him at my previous vet, it's nice to be able to ask questions in real time!

We brought our recently adopted kitten that was having seizures to Muddy Creek for a second opinion. Even though the ultimate outcome was not what we'd hoped for, I'm really glad we came here. Everyone was so compassionate and accommodating. The veterinarians clearly explained options, provided guidance and managed expectations. Blood work was performed with a very quick turnaround, and when the time came for the final decision, they were extremely supportive and performed the procedure with obvious care. Thank you to everyone at Muddy Creek for your professionalism and kindness.

The Best. Dr. Murray and Dr. Gray are fantastic. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I've been taking my pets to Muddy Creek for years. They never let me down.

Muddy creek Animal Hospital is a great place. All the veterinarians are so knowledgeable and great with every pet I bring in. Every time I call needing to see them they get me in right away. The hospital is very clean and open. All the receptionist are very polite and helpful. Customer service is still very important to them. I have never seen a vet at Muddy Creek I didn't like. I would recommend MuddyCreek to anyone, it's worth the extra drive time for me. If you want your pets to be treated like family this is the place to go.

I was looking for a vet to care for my 16-year-old dog. My previous vet clinic had a high rate of doctor turnover the last several years and I seem to have gotten lost in the shuffle. It was disheartening to see the negative changes. I turned to Muddy Creek Animal Hospital in hopes of finding a caring vet. I am so thankful I called them. After leaving a message, Dr.

Gray personally called me back and arranged an appointment. During his visit he was compassionate, comforting and took his time during the exam. He truly went above and beyond his standard routine to accommodate my situation. The staff was a pleasure to work with as well.very friendly and professional. They took the extra time and interest to help research and arrange medication refills.

It's comforting as a pet parent to know there are folks that still consider our fur babies and their care a priority. The sincere interest and personal touch are what make Dr. Gray and his team special. I can't recommend Muddy Creek Animal Hospital enough.

Muddy Creek is the best! We've been to a handful of vets over the years and had some very disappointing experiences some of them. All of the doctors at Muddy Creek are skilled, passionate and wonderful to work with. The staff is so helpful, communicative and kind, especially when having to make difficult decisions about your animal's health. Wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

Staff is awesome, appointments are easy to get and priced very reasonable

We have two pets we have brought here since we moved in area. We live in Annapolis and I was told this place is the best. I take the longer drive to get better care. Unfortunately, we had to put our older girl down yesterday. If I could have gotten any words out, it would have been to thank them for their professionalism, care and kindness

One of the other dog moms in my neighborhood referred me to this establishment and told me Dr. Taylor was very good. That's who I saw today and I must say, I was very impressed and I will be switching my dog to Muddy Creek!
