South Pointe Animal Hospital

This is my 2nd attempt to get dogs seen and I was deferred to a hospital that said they should've saw both dogs

Awesome people, took their time and explained everything. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

The Dr, and staff have done a great job with my puppy Ozzie, very compassionate and friendly.

Called first thing in the morning with a sick cat, possibly UTI. hasn't eaten, drank or urinated in over 12 hours- they tell me it's going to be 5 days before they can see him. I understand Schedules and appointments but there doesn't seem to be any room for any type of walk-in or emergency care. Very disappointing.

Very friendly and informative staff. Dr. Mayer is compassionate and knowledgeable. I wish I could give 10 stars.

Great prices for pet services. Very caring vet. Last time I went in to ask a question, no one spoke to me at all while I waited and after 3 mins without a hello or be right with u, I left. When I called to schedule an appt. I was put on hold as soon as I called and after 2 mins I hung up. Moved across town but wanted to still go here until this.

Wonderful place and they take such good care of your animal's. I would recommend them all day long

I first started seeing this vet when I noticed a lump on my pups jaw line. The vet was very knowledgeable and suggested we try an antibiotic because it she suspected it as a foreign body that the immune system was trying to fight. 2 weeks of antibiotics and lump went away. Called a couple weeks later with a sick puppy I had just brought home 2 days before and they got me in to see the vet an hour later. Very happy with the services and advice I have received from them.

We drive 25 miles to South Point, because we trust Dr. Mayer with our pet. She is compassionate and gets down on the same level as your pet, even if that means getting on the floor. She's the best

We just moved to the area and one of our pets had an emergency earlier in the week and was treated by an emergency vet on the other side of town. We had to get some follow up blood work done the next day. South Pointe graciously saw us, Dr. Meyer took the time to introduce herself and took great care of our dog.

Dr. Mayer and her staff are amazing and thoughtful people. We have quite the circus, and they attend to each one with care.

We love this place! The staff is nice and knowledgeable. They see alot of fur babies so service is a little slow on their late days but still fast considering the volume. Doc recommended switching our food and our dogs loved the switch!

I would not take my dogs anywhere else. I think they are the best in town. We love them.
